Review 1：Over-overpriced, shabby place, no lift, owner's unfriendliness, no wifi in the room. Very poor breakfast. Hated the place.

Review 3：Traveling with an 80 year old mother, I would have appreciated less stairs. We stayed in the 3rd floor without elevators. I pointed out the difficulty, but they just shrug their shoulders and left us there. And since my booking was done through here, I was forced to stay because I would be charged anyway. It would be nice to have a way to deal with unexpected situations like this.

Review 6：Hotel situated inside the walls of the town. Only 5 minutes from the bus stop or the central square. We visited the weekend of the Palio della Balestra so there was a lot to see. Owners speak some English and made every effort to provide an excellent service and information to make our holiday more enjoyable.
Review 7：Lovely people, couldn't do too much for us. E.g. breakfast is 7 to 10 - oversleep and come down at 12 - no problem. Paula found me a pharmacy when Sansepolcro was shut for the the day. Outstanding location. Personal introductions to restaurants.
Review 8：In the best possible way, it is a reminder of traveling in Europe in the 70's and 80's. You must walk up stairs and the rooms are basic, but the owners are warm and welcoming and helpful. There are roof terraces looking over the old city, and free parking nearby.

Review 10：The people running this Albergo were soooo nice! And the freshly, homemade orange juice is to die for! If nothing else, stay here for the orange juice. It was a perfect location to get to everything in town. I paid 9 E extra to park my car in their garage, so I knew it was safe. I also had a bicycle with me that I also parked in the garage. The room was clean and comfortable.

Review 16：The hospitable welcome and service were first rate and the breakfasts, which were included in the price, were varied daily with a selection of juices, fruit, cheeses, cold meats, croissants and pastries. We availed of their parking with the owner parking our car when we arrived.
Review 17：Wifi was only available in the area near reception - not in the rooms. Not really good enough these days. Disappointing that on departure there was a problem with processing our credit card (which worked fine both before and after elsewhere). Had to find a cash machine and pay by cash - no offer to discount for cash so the hotel pocketed the card fee included in their normal rate.
Review 18：This hotel is right in the old part of the town with lots of character and charm - not least from the contact with the owners. Whilst it is old, some serious attempts to modernise helps improve the facilities. We had a problem with our room air conditioner on the first night but were able to move to an alternate room for our subsequent 2 nights - the resolution of the issue was handled really well and we couldn't fault the level of involvement and willingness to find a solution. The rates are very reasonable and the basic breakfast reflected that. We booked a private garage spot for our car - a challenge to get in and out - but again the owner was happy to help.
