Review 1：Not all that bad, but was a little perturbed to find the swimming pool out of action due to retiling of the surrounds. We arrived in 46C heat, which led me to think, could this not have been done in the cooler months?

Review 2：Friendly, co-operative staff, comfortable and clean facilities, (rather dated but certainly adequate), location only a short distance from the venue we were attending.

Review 4：Everything was clean and tidy in Room 21 and we had a great undisturbed nights sleep. Maria was very welcoming and friendly and we enjoyed a lovely buffet breakfast.

Review 10：Old motel, we had a so called 2 bedroom unit which was really a studio double plus a connecting family room. Only one bathroom, no kitchenette & the air con was faulty. Also it was more expensive than 2 other properties we stayed at in the Eyre Peninsular, which did provide dinkum 2 bedroom units with kitchenettes etc.

Review 13：Convenient to facilities, easy to access, and close to the wonderful Arid Gardens. Have stayed here on 3 occasions and have always found the Acacia to be clean, quiet and well priced. Staff are always helpful and room is comfortable.

Review 36：This place is just gorgeous. I was greeted by the owner who at 8pm on New Year's Eve was happy to have a chat and be accommadating. I was delighted my breakfast was include in my stay which was more then generous for what I paid. A lovely man had cooked breakfast and it was delicious. He was friendly and included me in a conversation he was having with others. True country hospitality and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and stay again.

The Inn was in the process of changing wifi provider and had no guest wifi on my arrival. A quick chat with the staff and they re-established the old wifi provider so that we could do my essential emails etc easily - great service.

Review 61：Very clean, The manager was excellent, we had no hot water for a shower, he acknowledged there was a problem, someone had taken a long shower, we understood the problem, he reimbursed for our inconvience.
