Review 1：Dirty room carpet, stained. In fact all of the 7th floor carpet was badly stained and damaged. Bedroom carpet covered in cigarette burns on a non smoking room. Furniture tired. Breakfast moved twice into a windowless room since staff wanted the main pleasant breakfast area for corporate functions. Honda dealers one day. So "ordinary" guests got downgraded. Something wrong with hotel management when they do this.

Restaurant - restrictive time of restaurants, only during lunch time, so if you miss it, you will need to go around mountain to search for food or eat at convenience store. Exorbitant cost of stay - for nothing so much of worth. Had feeling of waste of money, could have been better at any other mediocre hotel at half price without any facility instead of being at such lousy hotel Photos - totally misguiding, don't trust what you see in photo Spa - ok, not so great compared to what I have seen at other hotels Swimming Pool - very small for small kids only and very restrictive time (11am - 5pm), as good as no time for enjoying pool considering checkin-out time (3pm - 11am), effectively can be said as no pool facility.
