Agriturismo Fattoria Casabianca sells fast on our site. Agriturismo Fattoria Casabianca is a 13th-century rural estate with large grounds including 5 separate farmhouses, a swimming pool for adults and one for children, plus 2 tennis courts. Set in the Tuscan countryside, the property is 15 minutes' drive from the town of Murlo and 18.6 miles from Siena. Parking is free. Wine is produced on site.
Accommodation is spread out throughout the estate, in each of the farmhouses. Rooms and apartments are all different in size and design but all offer a TV, kettle and fridge. Most units have a patio or garden, and some have views of the countryside.
Fattoria Casabianca has its own restaurant serving Tuscan cuisine and a wine-tasting room next to reception. Breakfast is buffet style, served daily from 08:30 to 10:30.
There is a bar out by the semi-Olympic pool, which also features sun loungers and parasols. The tennis courts are in clay and artificial grass. Guests can enjoy horse riding lessons nearby.
Free parking is provided and WiFi is free in all areas.

Review 4：The room / apartment was very dark and cold. The bed was very hard. The bathroom was outdated.

Review 5：Beautiful countryside. Dinner at the main house was basic but nice and the pool was great but both were quite a distance to drive to.

Review 6：The worse thing was the check-out time: at 10.00 is maybe too early! Since it is sited on a really isolated area, we suggest you to avoid arriving late at night, since it has been quite an adventure to get to the place, driving at night through not paved and not lighted roads!

Review 7：The place is simply amazing. If you are looking for relax and peace, this is the right place! There is so much space to have nice walks, run or just relax under the sun and among beautiful winewards and fields. The breakfast is great, with a lot of variety and homemade food. The people has always been nice and friendly. The room was spacious and really beautiful.

Review 12：This was our second time in Fattoria Casabianca. I could recommend this place to enjoy nice farm holiday in the heart of Tuscany. There is nice restaurant where they have every day different menu. Also I can say only good words about large swimming pool and tennis court. Staff is friendly and their produced wines are good.

Review 13：Be aware if you stay here that it is a good 20 minute drive just to get out the hills before you get anywhere. Wine when we arrived, lovely, but no water! And you can't drink the water out the taps. Terrible when you have been travelling all day, get there late in the evening and have a toddler.

Review 15：One lady at the reception (curl blond hair with glasses) was really not a nice person. She is not suitable for any kind of service job. Avoid her and ask for others help to ensure you get the best experience from staying here. Location is perfect. What a peaceful place!

Review 16：Depending on the room you get, you might be more than a kilometer away from the restaurant where breakfast is served. This place is a huge farmland with scattered old farmhouses that have been turned into a number of apartments.

Review 19：The room was uncomfortably hot. ( to be fare we were there during a heat way) There were no fans or air conditioning and the ventilation was poor. Also our room had cobwebs in all the corners. Don't think our room is used very often.

Review 21：Our stay at Casabianca was absolutely wonderful and perfect! Your staff was the most pleasant, helpful and courteous of all the places we stayed in Italy. We ended up booking an extra night because we loved it there so much! Our kudos to the chef and restaurant staff for delicious meals each night and outstanding service. I will definitely be back to your farm the next time I am in Tuscany. Loved it!

Review 25：Very comfortable room in a pretty typical cottage standing alone among the beautiful hills of fattoria. Gives you a romantic feeling of escape from everything! Helpful staff, very delicious cuisine in fattoria's restaurant. Two large plastic bags of delicious snacks and drinks were packed for us when we had to make a very early check out.

Review 27：We had a beautiful weekend in Fattoria Casabianca. This place is unbelievable and sometimes we saw wild animals on a road to our apartment! it was so impressive and unforgettable! Every morning little birds turned up to our room! This area is so big and there are a lot of vineyards. Our apartment was big and stayed on a second floor and we were happy because we had a great view for many kilometers. Also we had a free vine tasting and good wines guide Lorenzo told us about vineyards and types of wine. Of course, you should try one of the main types of wine Belsedere Riserva!

Review 28：Roads to reach Fattoria are pretty bad. Villa houses are all at least 2-3 km away from reception/ restaurant, so not walking distance. Would be impossible to come/ stay here without a car.

Review 31：It is a peaceful farmstay with fantastic views. our rooms located in the historical building however the bed and bathroom really comfort and clean (bathroom quite modern indeed). Since our plan was very tight, then we can stay there just 1 night, otherwise, we love to try the activities at the hotel.

Review 47：You need to know what to expect. The apartment was very basic and not very pleasant in itself. Most of the staff were wonderful, but some less communicative/helpful. We didn't get information about the activities mentioned here. We had a question regarding the sign in the room that said that the water in the kitchen was non-drinkable, but the reception desk was closed very early. Would probably be nice to go as a family with children, or several families together. Review 48：Beautiful surroundings. Relaxed atmosphere. In our apartment there was a kitchen that was very well equipped. clean. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful.

Review 49：Finding the property proved difficult, mainly as we hadn't anticipated it being so far out of the nearest village. The appts we had were all a fair distance from the main complex, so had to drive each day even though the plan was to not do so. It was far too to walk with a 2 year old, even though I had requested a property near the main complex. There is no shop on site, so an hour round trip into the village most days to get basics like milk for the kids.The gravel road (about 5km to our property) got to be tedious after a few days.

Review 50：The staff were very helpful and friendly - despite us asking to move properties twice. The facilities on site are great with kids of 2 and 12 - one happy in the kids pool and the other happy in the big pool. Plenty of room for them both to enjoy themselves. The wine made on site is very good. The third property had was good with plenty of space and light - the first two were either not practical with a 2 year old (first floor) or were dark (no natural light in the main living area. The views are excellent.

On our day of departure, they even prepared for us a packed breakfast and snack as we were leaving very early. All in all, a great place. I will definitely go back again.

We saw deer, wild boar, Hare's, lots of lovely birds, so many Jay's & up,close. The vinryards, the tracks, the great pool. The restaurant was excellent. The evening wine tasting with Marco was not to be missed. We love their wines. We also made some great new friends their during ou stay. We will be back !

The accommodations were good our room was very clean (we stayed near the reception area). The food was delicious (different menu choices each night), the pool was beautiful, the grounds in general were amazing (beautiful county side). The wine and olive oil that is made on the premises is extraordinary. The staff were professional, friendly and very accommodating, especially the restaurant staff. We will definitely return and feel it gave us a true Tuscan experience. We loved our stay here and it gave us the opportunity to travel to many different sites in the region...you definitely need GPS to get around.

Review 98：Super nice farm holiday. I would recommend this farm for vacation in Tuscany. They produce really good Chianti. We had a nice tour in their winery and they teach how wine are made. Also they have nice pool for relaxing and swimming. We spent there three nights and next year we plan to stay more.
