Review 1：There was no wi-fi signal in our room, only at reception area. Our room had a terrace and windows at level of street, so it was not very usable (if possible, ask for room not at the ground floor).

Review 2：Spacy and clean room with own kitchenette. Tasty breakfast in a nearby caffe. Very nice and helpful staff (receptionist). In global, it is very good value for money.

Review 9：The Centrum Residence is a modern, very clean and welcoming hotel located in Valderice and close to the old city of Erice, the ancient Eryx of the Elymes, it's in the city and has no pool, but it's an excellent basis to move around in the region. Each room is made like a small appartment with a kitchen, you have free wi-fi and breakfast in a café not far, the staff is really helpful and kind, a good surprise.;)

Review 11：Very clean comfortable apartment, with plenty of parking in the surrounding area. Receptionist was very pleasant and information given was accurate and useful. Supermarket was just across the road.

Review 13：The receptionist, Mariateresia as far as i remember, is one of the best in the world. Any hotel owner has to run there and get her with the highest condition.

Review 14：We have been travelling for a long time and choose to stay in apartments where possible. The layout was excellent but the kitchen was very poorly equipped. We made some suggestions to them - hope they follow up as this is a great apartment.

Review 15：The staff was very friendly. We stayed an extra night to explore the area more fully. The apartments are new and spacious and parking is easy in the street.

Review 16：The shower was shabby. Location is quite a distance from Trapani, Erice. Location is only acceptable if you are travelling by car. Front desk could be available 24/7. No breakfast.

Review 18：Nicoletta at the front desk is the nicest person I have ever met at areception desk. We travel 2 months every summer through Europe everyyear and no one has been so friendly and responsive. We always book lastminute and try to find small towns and this was perfect

Review 19：It's a serviced-apartment kind of place, so you have a kitchen if you want to eatn in, but it would've been nice to have some paper towels or dish-cleaning supplies.

Review 21：Only had one complaint, which Ornella said they would fix. The hot waterheater is very small and the water pressure is not strong enough to givea really good shower. If they fix that like they said they would, theplace would be almost perfect.Two things which should be in the apartment in my opinion: hot water kettle, and a microwave.

Review 23：It is a friendly lady with her enthusiam of his business. She is kindly give us a lot of advices about our travel. The room is amazing, it is a suit rather than a room. We can prepare our meal easily, it is quite during the night. Feel so comfortable like at home. Before we arrived we have received the new year greeting from the host and ask the time of our arriving. It is really impressived! We enjoyed that night!
