Review 1：Dim light in the room, the problem of slow drain in the shower, and wi-fi, which is permanently disabled.

Review 3：Usable WiFi can only be found at the reception or somewhere along the corridor, but not in the room.

Review 7：We had to pay 25€ for 2 dogs, most expensive rate so far on our trip through Europe. Also when we paid by card we couldn't choose to pay in zlotys but we had to pay in euros (which is more expensive) because the receptionist said she can't change the currency. In the receipt it says "you have been offered the option to choose in which currency you want to pay", so basically it's cheating...

Review 8：Buffet breakfast with a lot of variety was really good and there was a play corner for children so parents can eat their breakfast in peace. Comfortable beds, clean room.

Review 9：Money has been paid with strange conversion to my currency (not pln), but I didn't ask for this (paid with debit card in usd). Shower didn't worked well, but the problem has been solved quickly.

Review 10：Clean room. Near the centre. Nice, helpful personnel. I needed to print couple of documents so receptionist did it for me with no extra fees.

Review 12：Very kind staff. Very good localisation. Near to old town, to the greatpalace and park, to Tropikana aquapark. Free parking on streets near tothe hotel. Very good and strong coffee ☕!

Review 13：Rooms not as clean as 1-2 years before, shower drain barely works, overflows very quickly. No fresh coffee at breakfast. There were 2 of us (myself and wife), but staff gave us room with 2 separate beds, although the hotel was almost empty. I believe there are better ways to spend your money in Bialystok (from personal experience).

Review 15：Would not recommend. When looking out my balcony facing the parking lot a man was peeing on the face. Dirty shower. Charge highly for poor looking rooms. Would not recommend.

Review 16：No lift - I had to take my suitcase myself to the 3rd floor, nobody helped me. Rooms are rather small. Wifi was very poor, almost not functioning at all. Breakfast could be richer, especially as regards non-meat options.

Delicious breakfasts and breakfast prepared for 5.30am plus lunch prepared for travelling and tea in the thermos.

Review 65：Everything was awesome. Nice clean rooms with very friendly and helpful personnel. Our special thanks to the girl at the reception who made "kanapki" for us because we had to leave early. Maybe, a sign outside in the street would make it easier for people to find the hotel. At first glance it's seems like an entrance to a bank - there's even an arrow with the word 'bank' pointing to the entrance of the hotel.
