Review 5：all the other staff members were very friendly (though English or other languages hardly spoken), but this one young fellow kept ushering us all the time from place to place, making us feel really uncomfortable. The only place wifi was working properly was the lobby: at 9pm he came to usher us away informing the lobby was "closed" even though they claimed to have a 24hr service and we had hotel bookings to do etc. In the morning he came to ask us at 9.30 if we could vacate the room at 10am for cleaning, although we were not due to check out. When we left for the day he inquiered what time we will be back, as if it was his business. When we asked for breakfast at 8.45 as the day before (brekkie was until 9am), he informed us through his translation application: "the latest time for breakfast is at 8.30am. You will have to finish your breakfast and the room must be cleaned by 9am." The next morning we arrived at 8.30 am and he had already cleared all the food away. He brought us something on the plate and when my friend requested for eggs (that had been on the menu every morning) the guy brought her raw eggs! A person with his attitude should not be working on any field of customer service or hospitality industry...
