Review 1：The staff who serve at counter. They won't automatically give back.my deposit. An Indian girl who was at the check out counter was very rude to us while we try to work out on getting back the rm150 deposit(3rooms)

Review 3：The rooms were very compact although the beds were comfortable. The entrance and exit points to the carpark area were very tight and the lots were also a little squeezy. The security from the carpark area to the reception and room floors were very lax.

Review 4：The awful smell from the bathroom every time I returned to the room in the evening. I know that it is as a result of the poor construction of the building where the hotel is located so the hotel cannot be entirely blamed for it. There was practically no service at the coffee-house on Sunday 13 Dec. The staff at the counter handed me the menu before I even sat at my table and nobody served me after 5 minutes which I found very disappointing. The cleaning staff made a lot of noise at 9.30 am on a Sunday morning with complete disregard to any guests sleeping on the floor.

Review 10：The size of the room is small and the security measure is not really good.The lobby of the hotel is at 6th floor and anybody can just get to the rooms from the ground floor as no card scanning is needed when you take the lift.

Review 12：I was shocked to find out how slow the wi-fi signal is this past trip,as it took me full five minutes to download a 25mb file!!! This is muchmuch slower than anything I have experienced in any hotel anywhere! Andthe hotel advertised on its tv screen upon my first entering my room fora rm25 upgrade to 'high-speed Wi-Fi'! So it's all pre-planned to rip customers off?

Review 14：From my experience, 1 in 10 hotels in Asia have a ventilation problem with their drain system. This hotel, certainly the room I stayed has that too. I gives an unpleasant smell in the bathroom (and the room if you forget to close the bathroom door). And, as someone mentioned, the signs in and around the hotel are poor.

Review 15：I liked indoor parking and overall feel of the hotel was fine. They made a mistake with the room but then gave me free breakfast, which I didn't use but it was great gesture nevertheless. The room felt nice, but a little on the small side.
