Review 1：We never saw any staff the whole 2 days during our stay, our code for room entry was text to us. the room was full of ants which got into our food and the fridge was turned on full which froze all our refrigerated foods . We also had to loan glasses from friends .

Review 5：Creaking floorboards under the carpet. No soundproofing between rooms, could hear every word spoken in other room. On arrival fridge door was not closed.

Review 6：Nice walk to town centre and train station. Had wi fi connection. Good bathroom. Very good arrangements for late arrival.

Review 7：Seemed a bit expensive for very little. Pokey room/bathroom. Toilet leaflets in a dispenser and not a roll. Liquid soap and no little blocks. Compared to other places in the Hill it wasn't worth $95 for a night. Most motels provide toasters but there wasn't one in the room.

Review 9：the motel as in a very quiet area,the bed was very comfortable, slept like a log. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. a great stay was had. The rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade as they are a bit outdated.

Review 24：The regular maintenance programme had overlooked some minor issues such as one window and the front door were not lockable from the inside of the unit and the hair dryer was not working.

Review 30：Initially disappointed that their wasn't a microwave in the room, but can see their side of this being for business. But they could have been hired so it wasn't really a problem. Maybe a screen door would have been helpful. So you can see by this that I am scratching for something that I didn't like, as really all that was necessary for our visit was at this Motel. Review 31：Cleanliness seen at first opening of door. - Very comfortable bed and linen very suitable. - Shower: good water pressure and hot. Mirrors in bathroom that you could see into at correct level. Staff: very friendly, helpful and co-operative. Willing to give out extra items when asked for. This motel was in an excellent position for us and we found it easy to get to tourist attractions and to my granddaughter and didn't get lost. Booking and paying for Mine Tour with a discount. Breakfast served on time and where-with-all given when we wanted it earlier in order for us to do it ourselves.

Review 32：Really hard pillows that turned out to be 2 old pillows shoved into a pillow protector. This motel has a book now, pay NOW policy. This means that the money is taken immediately from the credit card, and they also take out bank fees. But, they will NOT issue a receipt upon check in. The reception man was really rude about this. I think it is dodgy that they will not issue any receipt for a booking made online using a credit card. Online bookings require a credit card number, so there is no alternative to pay by any other means. Really disappointing.

Review 115：Room was large with full size bathroom. Adult child's room was full size and separate to main bedroom. Tea, coffee and small fridge available but no toaster or knives and forks. Great location easy to find Very unusual in that the office was unmanned. We were contacted one week prior to our stay and given code to access our room

Review 116：The rooms are well maintained and clean. The nicest thing is that unlike many places with hard beds and stiff rubber pillows this property has very comfortable beds. Also has free Wi Fi and a neat and clean laundry facility.

Review 118：We stayed at the Daydream Cottage. Two separate bedrooms with double beds. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Location is pretty good, just a 5 minute walk from the centre of town.
