Review 1：Andrea, the manager is very pleasant and welcoming. The hotel is charming and extremely well run. Their restaurant is excellent, again the staff, especially Antonio, welcoming and the menu outstanding quality and value.
Review 2：the hotel is very old and need serious renovation. the room was small for 4 people. the was no air conditioning although they promised there is. it was very hot and not enough air in the room.
Review 3：Staff excellent, knowledgeable and helpful, directing us to places to see and best non-touristic restaurants (be aware 8:00 opening for service in most places). Hotel has parking for travellers with cars. Important as street parking does not feel that secure.

Review 5：The location was good. Breakfast was adequate, the hotel was very clean. Receptionist very helpful, letting us park our car in the drive. All in all good value for money
Review 6：Could not eat breakfast out in the garden. Garden didn't seem to be utilised much which was a pity. Decor was very dated but made you feel like it had history to it so not all bad.

Review 10：There is no air conditioning as we know it. Wifi does not work in the rooms. Took 3 moves to get a suitable room, due to too hot at front of hotel, faulty toilet. Check in male staff member could have been more helpful, had very little English.

Review 12：Oristano as a city offers nothing, and this hotel is a blast from the past. Not modern, wifi not working everywhere. We were first offered a room that hadn't been opened in 20 years based on the smell, but we got another after asking. The second day one leg of the bed broke down and we had to change rooms and again were we offered the horrible smelly room (122). After saying no we instead got a very nice room on the top floor, why didn't they give us that from the beginning? The hotel had maybe 25% occupancy at best. Service otherwise ok but few smiles.

Review 14：non-existant WIFI, TV, aircon. Staff were forced to tell silly lies about the AC being via pipes in the walls when in effect it was not working. They asked me to touch the walls as proof of the coldness even though the room was more than 28C and the vent was producing no air circ. As a chartered building services Engineer they lied to the wrong person.

Review 42：Very pleasant hotel, good quality. Stayed only 1 night in Oristano. Well appointed comfortable room. Had dinner in the restaurant next door, realising only later that it is the same business as the hotel. The hotel is well located, a short walk from the rail station and at the edge of the old town.

Review 44：Great location on the edge of the old town. There is a cosy little restaurant next door which in fact is part of the hotel and can be accessed internally. Excellent meal there.
Review 45：The city Oristano is not that interesting, hard to find good looking restaurant's or terrace. We paid 90 euro's which we thought was quite expensive for the facilities we received, compared to the Italian B&B's we have experienced (65 euro's) with the same facilities! Breakfast for a hotel was moderate.
Review 46：This hotel situated in Oristano is everything you expect from a hotel(room). Clean and ok. but a bit unpersonal (compared to Italian B&B's) and small room. It is in the heart of the City Centre with a balcony(view) over the city. Clean neat and tidy, a typical hotel room. The beaches in the surrounding of Oristano are amazing.
Review 47：The shower head should be replaced as we could feel the water stinging :) A fridge in the room would also be welcomed, specially for summer days. Even though the room had a tiny balcony, we didn't have a place to dry our beach towels. Overall, we found both the city and the hotel not very beach friendly, specially as this is a city located relatively close to the coast and to some excellent beaches.
Review 48：The first impression we got when we arrived at the hotel was that it definitely needed some maintenance on the outside. However, the inside of the hotel is well conserved and we felt we had chosen a good place to stay. The room was clean and spacious enough, with this antique decor, the bed was comfortable and there was a small (OK, very small) balcony facing the street. Breakfast was very good, with enough variety, and staff was in general polite. We parked our car on the street just next to the hotel. Supermarkets and restaurants are located on walking distance.

Review 51：They had a good restaurant which was reasonable priced. Some of the staff spoke good English. They also arranged for a taxi to pick me up at Tharros. The room was very comfortable. It is probably the only hotel closest to the train station which is about 10 minutes away, and perhaps longer with a suitcase.

I had asked for a quiet room, but they gave us a room at the front very close to the street. When I complained, they apologized for not noticing my request and changed us to another room without hesitation.

Review 62：Apart from its central location in Oristano, there is no holiday-feeling to this hotel whatsoever... it rather looks like a business hotel that is a bit outdated. It has been refurbished and looks clean, but there is very little atmosphere to it (especially in the rooms and the breakfast area). For leasure or holidays, I would prefer an agriturismo near Cabras or Tharros.
