Review 1：Iron beds, dark, small room, the promised free private parking was not provided, all were full. We had to pay for parking. The stairs are not even. The reception stuff is not very motivated.

Review 4：It is a small hotel, so noisy guests can become a nuisance. Unfortunately, this is what happened during my stay - a group of noisy young people active very late at night. I asked the girl on duty to react, but she was reluctant to do it. Disappointing.

Review 27：The Hotel appears modern in design and is clean. I had a single roomthat was sufficiently sized for my purposes. It was excellent value foraccommodation which included breakfast as I could not stay in the uk ascheaply. All the staff had some knowledge of English which helped megreatly to communicate with them. The restaurant was open to the publicand was quite busy and although I did not take advantage of this itappeared to be good value. The Hotel was within walking distance of therailway and bus stations and for anyone interested in wildlife andhistory, Bialystok is well postioned.
