Review 1：needs some investments in facilities. noisy (there was a party during the night of my stay), so I'd reccomend to avoid 1st floor.

Review 2：Best location in the city, vicinity of nearby facilities (restaurants, cofee bars, institutions etc). clean

Review 3：Rooms are small, trash can in the bathroom wasn't empty when I came, internet speed is barely enough for e-mails and if you have a room looking to the inner yard then no sleep before midnight because of loud music. If you try to change the room you'll most probably get one of not renovated as only couple of floors is renewed...

Review 5：We were so tired that we ate dinner at the hotel - something we typically don't do. The meal was delicious! The breakfast buffet was also very good and had many items.

Review 6：Breakfast was the worst, of cheap, low quality, and at 9.30 on a Sunday only dried out leftovers. We skipped it and paid extra for a delicious breakfast at Mr. Black. Wifi did not work in the room.

Review 8：Standard rooms are apparently for smokers only (explanation by the receptionist), I was placed in a smokers room with a humming noise from the walls (even though I had asked for non-smoker and quiet room). Poor breakfast choice and .. and NO WI-FI except for lobby (it is year 2015 in the center of a city). When asked for internet access in my room, they said "there is a cable in the drawer"..ok. thanks, but how do I use it on my tablet?... found better hotels nearby for next time... not coming back here

Review 12：Should you stay in the hotel during the "prom season" be aware that the party is organised just below the hotel room and therefore no peace until 2.00 AM, so no possibility of proper rest before that time. No support from the hotel staff to either move to another room/hotel or even to stop the music by midnight.

Review 14：Bathroom too small. Incredibly noisy; casino is adjacent and there is foot traffic all night; hallways are tiled so it is super noisy. There is an area in front of rooms where people sit and drink and talk loudly. Poor insulation, so don't count on comfortable sleep. Too bad as it is a nice place otherwise. Smell of cigarettes everywhere.

Review 18：The 4 star hotel has rooms with no regular window (a small roof window only), like you are sleeping in a loft!!! Could not believe! Have to pay more attention to hygiene, especially toilet. The room maids also asked me if I am staying one more night, she should already have that information officially from the reception. The hotel premisses are divided with a casino, unbelievable!! You can not go through to the cafe on the other hotel side, you have to go out! There was no music at the breakfast room, very unusual and cold, the radio for example is the cheapest option for a relaxed breakfast with strangers in a room. The reception took my ID card upon arrival and I had to ask for a card when I was leaving, they did not even check if they have returned it to me. You have a great hotel, please try to improve the mentioned issues.

No space for toiletries in bathroom.

Review 62：Quite a mediocre hotel and definitely not a 4-star hotel. Also, it clearly states that hotel has fitness facilities. However, it does not have it. The stuff does their job, they are neither exceptionally good, nor exceptionally bad, just mediocre.I guess that this was an exceptionally good hotel 30 years ago, and it looks like this was exceptionally lovely city 30 years ago, there is a flair of the past which one could feel, but the present is really a problem. However, the location is definitely a plus, so is the cafe bar where one can sip a coffee,, or the wine and relax after a long day at work. Also, one could imagine this hotel and its glory as it was 30-40 years ago.

Review 63：The hotel smelled a bit like fuel oil on the ground floor. Despitehaving a picture of a small gym/ fitness studio there isn't one,or "it is not yet open to our guests".

I like the fact that it was close tothe a town square which is nice in the summer, one side of which hasshopping possibilities and and an irish bar, and the other has a stripof outdoor bars/cafes. There is also a restaurant/cafe onlocation which is frequented by locals. Try the Nektar beer.
