Review 1：Paying for Internet conection is a liberty especially as it was quite expensive. very few places charge nowadays. Even very cheap place don't charge. I have stayed in several different country's this year including a camp site in Aussie and none of them charged for Internet.

Review 8：They are not service oriented at all. Everything is there way. They are not willing to accomodate any requests from customers. It is a good thing that they have a great view or they would not be in business. It's a shame because it doesn't take much to be nice to your customers.
Review 9：carrying bags up 3 flights of stairs, also food was not up to the standard advertised, although, to be fair, the cost for the meal was refunded and the seafood dishes looked much better.

Review 16：Loved being able to open the sliding door which was screened and could go to sleep/wake to the sound of the waves. Always prefer fresh air over aircon so this was perfect.
Review 17：I booked for 3 adults and 2 children aged 2&3 and was given a tiny little room as my booking was apparently for 4 adults. I'm unsure how this happened as I had to enter the age of my children in whilst making the booking online. Wasn't very comfortable and wasn't offered any form of compensation for this

Review 40：Big disappointment when us, another couple and a man were turned away from getting some lunch at 2 pm after just travelling there. Maybe a lighter afternoon menu should be available. We went across the road to eat. I thought a bit more effort could have been put into the entrance of the resort. It wasn't bad but I thought the water feature cld have had a clean, it was all mossy and mildest and that the LillyPillys in the front need a trim, fresh bark in the gardens and the dead palm fronds cld have been cut down. One huge one that fell in the driveway stayed there for a good day and overnight. I tried to move it but nowhere to put it so just pushed it over. Surely staff would have seen that to. We do like it there though.
Review 41：Able to walk everywhere. Good choices for meals at the resturant. Soft fluffy white towels. Comfy bed. Ducted air conditioning was quiet. Rooms serviced everyday.

The next day the management booked us in to stay another night as a good gesture but then hours later rang and said that they found nothing wrong with the aircon and cancelled our complimentary night stay. Bewildering experince.

Very disappointed and certainly won't be going back there.
Review 64：Felt like we were intruding. Staff were about as friendly as a cat. I hate cats. It's a resort but the reception closes very early. After that you have to interrupt the bar staff or waiters at the restaurant! It's a really great place but staff/owners need to lift it above a motel. It's called a resort, looks like a resort and could really be one......but unless they change its just a motel.

Review 75：I have stayed here intermittantly over the last few years & Kacys has always been an excellent stay. Rooms appeared to have been well renovated since my last visit. Location great, restaurant excellent. Hotel/bottle shop next door but have never heard any excess nosie. Great coffee shop over road. Supermarket close by.
Review 76：Attitude of book-in staff member Toilet that flushed off and on all night Cleaning staff who didn't have the ability to recognise when a tissue box was empty. Quality of soap, was like washing with lard, no suds and smelt of fat.

Review 81：I've stayed in Bargara before at diffrent place but since staying at Kacys I will not stay anywhere else again!! It was so central, staff where great, food was excellent. The rooms where clean and had everything you needed & a bonus was they where cleaned every day, with fresh towels!! Kids loved the pool. Can't wait until we return again very soon!!
