Review 1：This Hotel has been restored from a large important house with great care and attention to detail. The facilities are excellent with peace and quiet, trees and gardens being the impression of the space. Its in the hills outside Sansepolcro and will undoubtedly be our base if we find ourselves again in the area. Possibly we were spoilt by there only being one other guest at the time but we can only report on our own experience. Only stayed one night mid-week. Excellent dinner and Italian breakfast. Delightful.

Review 2：we chose a classic suite - which gave us a big sitting room - and upped the price - perfectly happy with it - but did not need all that space not exactly " not like"- our choice but not necessary

Review 6：This is perhaps more for couples than solo travellers and it's quiteexpensive-also do not stay if wifi is important as it just doesn'twork! The router was outside my room and I was able to get afew minutesof slow connection after resetting several times, but best to forgetwifi and enjoy the location! Juliano and his wife are lovely but speakno English tho two wonderful girls, Claudia and Erica do speak someEnglish and come in daily.

Review 7：The rooms are huge and the gardens lovely with rosemary and lavenderhedges and views of olive groves. The pool looked great tho Ididn't try it. The owners are charming and the evening meal quitean experience with no menu or prices given...but 4 courses of greathearty Tuscan fare..only 10 mins drive from Sansepulcro and thewonderful Centro Storico It was easy to find and had spectacular views.Breakfast served on the sunny terrace with fresh fruit from the garden-service was lovely.

Review 8：The room was lovely but there is a kennels in the valley not far away and it is noisy at nights. Ask for a room facing the swimming pool and you won't hear them

Review 9：The people who ran the place, the lovely swimming pool, and the good dinners - worth staying for. It is near Sansepolcro, for the Piero sella Francesca's. A number of repeat guests there.

Review 10：Personal attention in a convenient, attractive hillside location five minutes by car from Sansepolcro. Good, simple traditional dinner offered with choice of meat and poultry main courses and tomatoes grown on site and local wines. Not a cool boutique hotel or grand residence, rather a comfortable traditional locanda with large rooms, excellent pool and lots of room in the buildings and property to relax. Traditional furnishings, adequate bathrooms. Warm and attentive owner and staff.

Review 24：We liked everything about Palazzo di Luglio. Giuliano, the owner, treats people as if they are house guests rather than paying customers. We had a huge suite, with a sitting room and large, canopy-bedded bedroom. Giulian speaks no English, but fortunately I speak Italian, so we were able to talk about how he had bought the palazzo and restored it. He also cooks, having owned a restaurant in nearby San Sepolcro, so several nights he cooked dinner for us. One night we were even invited into his kitchen to help and get a little lesson. He provided the best wines, the most delicious foods, and the best information about sightseeing in the San Sepolcro area. We will return and would like to bring our family with us. There is something for everyone there. A beautiful pool, gorgeous surroundings, stupendous views.
