Review 1：There was no tea making facilities in our room as apparently this only applies to superior rooms which I think is pretty poor form every hotel I have stayed in has a kettle in the room. Staff were not helpful when I requested one either. 2 twin bed mattresses together no double again when I requested a double I was advised all rooms were like this only superior had double mattresses they put a double sheet on the bed instead not good enough for 4 star. Also u have to pay 30 euro for an hours use of the jacuzzi , I choose this hotel partly because I understood that to be a perk having outdoor jacuzzis not if he have to pay to use them. Disappointing

Review 3：We booked a room that promised a balcony and lake view. On arrival we were told we had a ground floor room with a 'private' garden. It was dreadful as it was with no view, no balcony with a tiny patch of grass outside and no privacy whatsoever. Due to them being fully booked, they fobbed us off with one of the worst rooms in the hotel. When I complained, the only thing they offered was a free hour in the hot tub. We thought this would be fine until when we got into the hot tub it was freezing. They had to shove a hose in with us pumping in hot water. What a disaster!

Review 7：Hard to get a sunbed round pool, pool too small for the number of guests staying. They call themselves a Spa but hard to spend the day there. And coffee at breakfast terrible.

Review 11：In the morning the Finnish bath and the emotional shower were out of order for some repairements. We stayed until 12:00 o'clock, but nobody came to repair. What a pity. Juice quality in the morning not for a 4 star hotel, but a 2 star. No intenational TV channels, olny italian ones.

Review 14：The location was superb and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was well stocked and readily replenished. The restaurant offered some great dishes and the waiters were very knowledgeable.

Review 15：The only issues with the room were that there wasn’t enough lighting or a kettle. The bathroom was good although the shower cubicle was a bit small. Outdoor pool was too cold (in August). They charged for use of the indoor pool as it was part of the spa.

Review 16：The hotel also had free parking for guests which was really convenient. Our family room was spacious, modern, and very clean and included a lovely view of the lake from our balcony. Despite a few minor issues it was a lovely hotel and we really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely recommend to all and would love to stay here again.

Review 17：To be super picky, the gym equipment was the only thing that could have done with a bit of maintenance. Everything else spotless and perfect, gym kit just ok. But as I say, being super picky!!

Review 37：We have been there the two years before, the food was always excellent ( both a la carte and menue) and above expectations. This year managment decided to change to only menu choice. Besides that the choices where highly uninspired, the quality of food was even below the aspiration of the dishes. Managment said they will consider changing back, which is highly recommended as we else will look for a different place to stay.
