Review 5：Very nice hotel. Its restaurant is just brilliant! Recommend to everyone to visit the restaurant even if you stay at another place. Spacious parking. Rooms are being cleaned daily. Staff replaces towels, brings 2 new bottles of water.

Review 6：I had a bad case of running into a wedding during my stay so you can imagine it was pretty noisy, even on the 3rd floor where I was trying to get some sleep. I know I should have probably joined them... ;) Hotel is located in industrial area, so don't expect to see some great views unless you enjoy looking at the factories.

Most of all the tasty Veal supper we had in our room, despite that two weddings were been looked after at the same time on a saturday evening. Thanks to our male waiter who arranged all that for us.

Review 15：Hotel was very new, fresh with great interior and LED lightning. Room was very clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff, GREAT breakfast and excellent wifi signal everywhere. No problems with free parking places. We had a room with a scenic look from the window - beautiful sunset.

Review 16：We booked two rooms in advance and specified that there should be one double bed in each room. When we arrived we were given one single room, but after that it was quickly fixed and we were offered twin room with two beds though.

Review 19：Not perfectly clean. Some small things not working or broken (e.g. shower handle) - strange, as the hotel is generally renewed. The room was very small, though bathroom was OK. The surroundings of hotel are quite unpleaseant - mostly warehouses, factories, etc., hardly any shops.

Review 20：Fantastic staff: very nice, helpful and flexible (earlier checkin, later checkout, etc.). Good, varied meals. Free wifi, working quite well. Very close and convenient to the University and Technical University. Big parking lot.

Review 21：There was an event on the ground floor with quite loud music which was heard in our room on the second floor. So it was impossible to get asleep till 12am and about 3am there was still music and noise and loud voiced of guests from that event.

Review 25：There was wedding party just under the rooms! Very loud and noisy. Me and my wife cannot sleep. And because our little son felt asleep we cannot move to other room or hotel. Устроили очень громкую и шумную свадьбу в зале прямо под номерами! Я и жена не могли уснуть. А поскольку наш маленький сын уже уснул, то мы не могли переехать ни в другую комнату, ни в другой отель.

Review 29：The hotel is located about 15 minutes' drive from the city centre(but it is clearly indicated on the site) and it was not a problem atall for me as I had my own car. And there are buses running just roundthe corner.There might be weddings at the week end but... if you're sleeping on the 2nd floor, the noise is nothing much!

Review 30：1) The lady at the front desk spoke fluent English.2) When I had trouble switching on, that lovely young Pole immediately left her desk and went to my room to do switch it on for me. (By the way, any basic store / reward plastic card inserted into the reader by the door will activate the electricity in the room AND the a/c) 3) Upon arrival I was told there were TWO wedding parties going on that day/night! I wasn't too pleased about that, but I was immediately provided with ear-plugs! The rooms are sound-proof and with the ear-plugs, I didn't have any problem to get a full night's rest. 4) They have a restaurant which serves very good Polish food at a fair price (room service possible for + 30 zl.). 5) I booked a king-size double room: I was NOT disappointed. The room is exactly as it is advertised: brand new, tastefully designed (very modern and original furniture: like the 2 armchairs and the round bed!!) - They have LED lights here and there: behind the bed (the switch is on the bed post, on the left) and in the bathroom. 5) Usual toiletries provided in the bathroom. 6) Speedlight wifi signal + ethernet cable provided. 7) SURPRISE! Waiting for me in the blue-lit minibar was a 200 ml flask of good vodka, 2 bottles of cool water and a can of 7 up - It was only complimentary. I kept the best for the end: I went a tad grumpy when told about the wedding parties... Guess what? 15 minutes later, the front desk lady was knocking at my door with a tray and on it there was a glass, a lovely small bottle of excellent French Wine, nicely wrapped up with a little handwritten apolegetic note! And also, a handful of tourist brochures both in English and Polish (I had mentioned I was learning the language). These proved invaluable when I visited the city as there wasn't much about bialstok in my Michelin green guide! IN A WORD, I will return next year and spend at least 2 nights there!

Review 32：Very modern and clean hotel with good location. Nice and large room, AC, fridge and Wi-Fi OK. Free parking. Bus stop around the corner, taxi to downtown 12-15 PLN. Personal and breakfast OK. I can warmly recommend the new part of this hotel and rooms. There is also older part at the same property.
