Review 1：Internet very unreliable/frustrating. "Included breakfast" not included on Sundays. Restaurant meant to open for breakfast at 7am, but did not actually open until 7.10am, which is not great when you have a bus to catch. Shower temperature difficult to regulate. Lots of machine noise in the middle of the night. -- Overall, it's still an ok place to stay, with all those little niggles compensated for by the great location. But they could try harder.

Both great places to hang out and enjoy La Paz. We had two older children and really appreciated having 3 beds so everyone had their own bed. Air conditioning was a huge plus!

Review 5：The rooms were tired looking and are in need of some upgrades. One of the rooms we booked the shower didn't have hot water. We also got stuck in the elevator for about 10 minutes at one point during our stay. It wouldn't be my first choice on stay for my next trip to La Paz but it wasn't horrible either.

Review 11：Can be noisy because the malecon is a main road. Due to recent hurricane the top deck and pool was shut.

Review 12：Comfortable rooms and well located for planning excursions. Easy access to town for dining out. The hotel has its own car park- really useful. Helpful staff.

Review 13：The air conditioning unit was too noisy and I was unable to sleep with it running. We opened the window and the street and traffic noise was also loud.

Review 14：The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful! Also, the location was excellent, very close to many restaurants and the central shopping district. With a partial view we were able to see the beach and water. All in all it was a good price for the location.

Review 15：Kitchen is lie you booked room with kitchen nope. We also booked as suite but got regular room. They have no suites and they have no units with kitchen. Management staff when confronted put the blame on us. The hotels website also states Kitchen and Suites but found out later they removed all those rooms when they remodeled . Terrible place to stay go some where else you will be happy. Also Jacuzzi was so dirty and full cigarette buts everywhere.

Review 16：I went to the hotel to change my reservatio from the twin suite to the standard room and in person they said that it had been taken care of. Hoeweer when I returned several days later, they said that I had not cacelled the reservation for the junior suite with Booking.com and charged me full price for the junior suite , which I thought I had changed to a double.
