Review 1：It's in 3'rd floor and you have to walk all 66 stairs because no elevator. No staff. I's only the secetary and diwnstairs is the security man. No resturant as detailed in the booking. The breakfast is very very poor. The secretary prepare the breakfast. It's placed in another place close to big cemetry and not in the same place that .shown in the map by the bookin. When i paid by credit card they asked me to pay 5 euro more . It's bad choice . To this price. You can choose very good hotel in the same price. From the window you see a cemetry and not the town as detailed in the booking site. Next time i'll never choose this "hotel" ... it's few of rooms to rent and ansolutly not Hotel as the meaning if Hotel.

Review 2：I didn't expect such a small and cold room. Third floor with nolift. In the morning a phone call around 8:00 am woke me up informingthat "my breakfast was ready downstairs". A poor omelette withpeperoni and some tomatoes. No credit card accepted. Staff unpreparedboth in the lobby and in the restaurant. Better to spend 10 Euro/daymore and stay in some decent place instead of this tentative hotel.

Review 3：Worst service ever. The only polite person was the security guard. The reception and the owner were abusive and rude. Bullied the guests staying in the room. The hotel did not honor the original payment terms as per booking conditions. Attempted to overcharge a number of times, e.g. immediately after the booking a Twin room they emailed asking to pay 50% extra for the second bed (how crazy is this!?). It cost me 3 international phone calls to rectify this. Two guests stayed in the Twin room, but the hotel refused to provide a second key for the room. Dirty. No receptionist on Sat or Sun. No receptionist in the late hours. No lift (hotel is on the 3rd floor). Located next to prison. Breakfast was extremely poor.

Review 4：Were relieved to leave that place. WiFi worked.

Review 5：Venda & the door man made our stay a delight with thier smiles when we left & when we returned each day ! The rooms are clean and quiet.
