Review 8：Staff could not be more helpful!. Very convenient for the airport, with free shuttle service to and from. Only smoking room available when booked (6 months ago), small but adequate. Not much in area, but good for a stay over.

Review 9：Kagoshima Kuko Hotel is only a minute's drive from the airport, which is very convenient when you are arriving tired and late at night. Shuttle service is offered. The hotel, although somewhat outdated aesthetically-speaking, is very clean. The breakfast is delicious.

Review 10：Really close proximity to Kagoshima airport. Just ring them upon arrival at the airport and they will pick you up in 5-10 mins time. Earliest shuttle available as at Jan 2015 is 6.30am - keep that in mind if you're staying because your flight is at some ungodly hour.

Review 11：Professional & great service attitude of front desk staff. Our group of 12 were going on the Olle Kirishima Myoken course & a young male front desk staff was extremely patient & helpful in getting the information we needed to get us there & back.

Review 12：- you will feel like a time traveller once you enter the room. It is super old and overall they really should do some renovation or at least change the wall papers. - there was a constant wheezing sound outside the room probably from the air changing system, and this prevented us from sleeping for a long time. - the price is too expensive compared to the other hotels with best cleanliness.

Review 13：- the gentleman who helped us upon check-in was professional and nice. - free/quick shuttle service. We gave a short notice call right after our arrival at the airport and they arranged our pick-up immediately. - i didn't have a choice of non-smoking room upon making reservation, so I requested for a room with least smelling of cigarettes. After check-in, I realised we were assigned to a non-smoking room and I was really happy for the hospitality.
