Review 1：I would say, it is a five star hotel. Friendly stuff, room interior is in very nice classic style. The location is brilliant too. There is good WiFi in the room. The breakfast room and the breakfast itself are just lovely. We strongly recommend this property. Thank you very much!

Review 3：The staff is very friendly and hospitality. The food in the restaurant is very delicious. The area around the hotel is quiet, comfortable for stay in this place.

Review 4：Stinky and not hypoallergenic soap/shower gel and shampoo. Basically it looks like it's a place more appropriate for 35+ years old people who want to show their wellness or to feel very rich while not being very wealthy and rich. Every part of the design tries to look more expensive while not actually being like that -- acrylic sink that looks like an expensive stone, dark-red wallpapers that look like velvet, "classic" wooden elevator... etc. It's all not bad, but as a young person I'd prefer a modern and bright kind of design.

Review 6：Wifi ia terrible, not even possible to connect on the second floor. Unhappy that reception didn't ask if we wanted to charge cc in local currency or our own currency. They made the wrong assumption that cost us more.

Review 10：As soon as you walk into the lobby you are embraced by the classy, cozy and beautiful space. The welcoming fragrance of the room ( honey and linden blossom ?) makes me go ahh after the transatlantic flight. The building is locked at night and the security staff present to let you in. The staff in general are happy to assist and I got the secret recipe for their amazing plum tart. You feel safe and the food is wonderful. You will remember the decor and the stained glass ceiling in the dining room. The spa offers fabulos facials and body care. You can do your business and feel like you are in a fancy retro European movie. The hotel is located in a restored, last century townhouse. The old and georgeous center of Bialystok is a minute away. I love this place and go back now every year.

Review 20：The city tourist info is closed on weekends. Train travel from Bialystok is very difficult due to extensive track repair. The hotel was great.

Review 21：Extraordinarily helpful staff. We had come to Bialytok to visit a nearby town only to discover it was not my grandmother's hometown. One of the hotel staff not only confirmed the error but translated the Polish mapquest route to the right place. Bialystok became a much needed rest stop for us. The hotel has a wonderful (and private) sauna, steam and whirlpool combination and we made good use of it.

Review 22：The location was amazing, just a short walk from the main square where I found restaurants and coffee shops. The comfort of the bed was amazing, I sank right into it and slept extremely well. I must mention the staff too, the front desk were incredible and they couldn't apologise enough the days the lift was out of order. The food was also lovely, though I only had breakfast the first morning. Worth every groszy I paid and then some; I would certainly return.

Review 30：If you are going at a weekend, you should not pay 30 Zlotys a night to park in the hotel car park as there is plenty of parking outside the hotel and its free at weekends. The car park is across the road from the hotel and is no more secure than just parking on the street. The "doubtfull practice" mentioned in the title is that they will pre-charge your credit card in your own currency rather than Zlotys - and they have done it at an exchange rate of their choosing and added a further 3% fee for doing so. I argued about this but they were not going to let me pay in Zlotys.

Review 105：Very comfortable hotel. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Parking is in front of the hotel (limited spaces). The city main square is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. I had a good diner in the hotel and the breakfast was good and traditional Polish.

Review 106：The only downside, but that was unavoidable was that our room was at the front of the hotel and the building next door was being renovated so there was noise. However that is just a temporary problem.

They always had a smile and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was unbelievable with an extensive choice and the food excellently presented. It was better than in Hotel Bristol, Warsaw which was, also, very good.
