Review 1：Dining room menu a bit formal, some casual meals on the menu would have been appreciated.

Review 3：they charged us for using the sun loungers by the pool. We were not informed of this when checking in so was a shock to be charged €10 per person per day esp when we didnt have a full day there. Very disappointing. You expect to be able to use all facilities at the hotel as part of your room rate.

Review 9：Open spacious lake front hotel. Plenty of sitting area both inside and outside to enjoy the views of the lake and mountains. Elegant building and decor without being stuffy. The owners are very passionate about good service.

Review 10：On arrival the owners were very welcoming. The hotel is in a lovely setting in a quiet and beautiful location on the lake shore. Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our evening meal in the hotel restaurant and, likewise, breakfast the following morning. The food and service were excellent and the waiters attentive and helpful. This is an excellent hotel and, although our stay was very short, we would thoroughly recommend Hotel Ristorante Sogno and hope to return again in the future.

Review 36：Location is fantastic being right on the lake with a nice promenade for taking a stroll and no traffic.We were there out of season and enjoyed it so I imagine it is even better in the spring and summer when you can use the pool and enjoy sitting outside in the restaurant. We were the only guests out of season but the staff were very welcoming and the chef cooked just for the 2 of us in the evening which is a level of service I have never experienced in a hotel before. The generally high rating of the hotel by visitors is justified.

We had room with the view and it is very big. The dinner and the breakfast in the hotel are very good, so we liked the hotel a lot although it’s might be expensive.

Review 38：Only one criticism - no English-language tv, lots of German and Italianprogrammes, but no English or American except those trabslated intoGerman and Italian. If you want to increase vistitors from London ormaybe even Scandinavia you must have English tv and radio. I loved itthere as luckily I speak fluent German but not many English do....

Review 40：Having chosen this hotel influenced by reviews commenting its excellentcuisine we were disappointed by the brevity of the a la carte menu.Choices were further limited as many of the dishes were only offered asan option for two. The menu also remained the same every day, and as adirect consequence we only dined 3 of our 6 nights in the hotel.Fortunately San Felice is only a kilometre away, 15 min walk, offeringfurther variety of dining. The restaurant offers a good selection on thewine list and the wines we had were excellent and good value - farbetter than we had at the wine bar in San Felice. I found the pillowsand mattress a little on the hard side. Never discovered who was themanager. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and wish them well.
