Review 8：Terrible experience. I reserved 4 rooms. On Friday i was called to confirm the time of arrival. I confirmed that we will arrive at 22:00 . When we arrived,after we payed they said that they don't have the rooms and we will be moved to another property(far away,and terrible quality) Payment with card did not work- only pay by cash,no invoice. Front desk lady terrible . No one should be treated like this.

Review 10：Is not a family hotel, nor business. Is suitable for romantic purposes. I wasn't impressed with the breakfast. For 145 MDL you should get some serious breakfast.

Review 20：In this hotel I'm not for the first time. The last time I was an year ago with my brother. We liked the quiet location and the big rooms. For a good staying for me this is enough.Breakfast was well cared for. Staff was friendly and spoke very well English. I liked that I got a map from Chisinau to get around. Fantastic location for exploring the city. Right in the centre but away from any busy noisy roads. Comfortable bed, good air conditioned and large sized modern bathroom. We didn't have any problems finding hotel. The people and the service was very nice and helpful; also very discreet. Every night I was coming to the hotel with a different girl ( just common but beautiful local girls) and the receptionist girl was understanding and didn't ask any questions at all. The person at the reception (Irina) gave us very good advices, regarding a walk through Chisinau. It was a good experience at this hotel. I will come back again. My room was spacious, with large windows. A king size bed made me feel comfortable and I slept well. Bathroom also large with all that i needed. wifi was good, and the tv set also. I had the opportunity to try the massage specialistofthis hotel. I can say it was not bad! A good master in massage. Sure when I will come back I will have massage every day. The location is great. The breakfast was nice. Quite decent, in my opinion. The bathroom is good.the staff is friendly. Room service and cleaning ok.

Review 21：Hmmmm. For the price and the location, it is hard to complain about anything. I enjoyed my stay. However, a small suggestion to the hotel decorator ....bring some colour and vibe to the public areas of the hotel

Review 22：The staff was professional and service minded. The maid did a good job, my room was i cleaned every day . The food and service at the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast though could be improved a bit. I wouldrecommend it. I felt spoiled and welcomed like I never felt in another hotel. The people from the stuff are friendly and helpful, the location is quiet and not far from the center of the Chisinau. It is a cozy small hotel. The staff understand English (some were more proficient than others); they organised taxi and gave me directions to different places. Service is prompt and you get little treats during your stay. The location of hotel is not perfect ,but is not bad just type 'places to visit near this hotel' into google and you ll see what I mean. Hotel is clean and all furniture and appliances are in good knick.I didint had high expectations ,and i am satisfied. The location is excellent and the wifi was fast. The girls on reception were happy to assist and greeted me with a smile every time I entered or left the hotel. I had no problems taking a guest to my room either and paid no charges. The included breakfast was quite good. It's useful booking hotel transfer through the hotel to avoid any nasty surprises, but don't pay the driver as I did. Wait until you're given the bill at checkout and pay then.

Review 23：I generally thought the staff was nice, but I did question the rate and I thought the receptionist was a bit too snooty when I questioned the rate. We had a bit of a back and forth. In the end we cleared it up.

Review 24：In one word - everything! It started at the Airport with a pick up by a Hotel Car&Driver for a very reasonable price. Friendly Driver - brand new clean car - asked if I needed to stop off anywhere to pick up coffee/snacks or exchange currency. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. Within minutes of arriving and inquiring about any additional needs for my stay. Upon inquiring about a local pre-pay sim (frequent travelers know about that life saver in terms of roaming costs) they sent one of the reception guys to actually accompany me to a nearby street booth to get the best deal, help with the language barrier, ensure I get my money's worth and even waited round till the fellow selling the sim's had charged my account and activated my 3G service - TOP SERVICE! Rooms - stylish, modern, immaculately clean including free wifi, breakfast. Food - I only had breakfast at the Hotel but that was nice . Approx 10 minutes by car to center of the city. Good location, great stuff, beautiful rooms! The staff was helpful. Staff speaks English. I lost control over my touchpad and was assisted in finding a street vendor who sold me a mouse to control my cursor. I forgot my mouse in the lobby, but a member of the desk staff returned it to me as soon as I returned from a hike. My guests were received well. I was contacted on their arrival. Located in quiet surroundings despite busy road in front of the hotel, the hotel is remote from the noisy center city. Market and small, modest restaurants are not far from the hotel.Maybe is not the best hotel in the city ,but is ok

Review 25：I had to wait in the bar to check in 5 or 7 minutes because there was some misunderstanding at the reception. They gave me a room where A poor view . Stuff is gentle, kind ,but can say warm… breakfast is not so various.

Review 26：The girls at the reception was welcoming and helpful, the room very quiet and overlooking a park. The food at the restaurant was nice, and again the service of high standard. I recommend this hotel. Stayed just one night but everything was GOOD, clean hotel and excellent location. Also, they' ve got free, secure parking spots in front of the hotel and that is a huge bonus. I traveled by car so for me it was important we are close to the center and in the same time to get a parking spot there. The Room was spacious and comfortable. WiFi connection was good. I booked without breakfast so I can't comment the food. Nothing important to complain. Spent one night in a single room. Big and comfortable bed, in general and properly cleaned and serviced every day, nice bathroom with ammenities, enough towels. Airport pickup smooth and very friendly. The location is OK, in a quiet neighbor hood and it's very close to the main street. The rooms are big enough and the free WiFi works well.

Review 27：once I got my bearings this place is as close to the centre as you can get but just a little bit away from the noise, hustle and bustle. A nice little hideaway. The room was "different" but good value for money. Everything that you need, plenty of space and an oasis of peace and quiet. If you are looking for the perfect place to utilise as a peaceful "stop off" - 2-3 times per day - and quickly back in to the vibrant city of Chisinau then this is it. I had a lovely time staying here, it is an unusual hotel in many ways, small, but and pleasant. Hotel staff helpful and in a great central location for access to all of the city.I'll be back. Excellent, friendly service, great restaurant, clean rooms.high speed Internet connection for a laptop. Location could be a bit better, there is nothing particularly interesting within walking distance, but the free parking and public bus stop right near the hotel make it easy to get around. Staying at this hotel in Chisinau was a very pleasantexperience. The hotel was clean .I would recommend this hotel for a nice stay in the capital of Moldova.I had a wonderful experience here at Imperial. They took care of me in every way. They guided me and helped me with all my needs. It was inexpensive and no frills but everything I needed was there. Every day they fixed breakfast for me, found taxis for me and gave me directions to wherever I wanted to go. They even wished me happy birthday on my birthday!! Also, the hotel was within walking distance to many sites and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel and it's staff to anyone!!

Review 28：Toilet flush button was missing, toilet was running constantly, bed sheets didn't cover entire bed, lights over bed would not turn off (switch was broken), was "bait and switched" at the front desk (had a reservation for a single room, was given a larger room for double the cost - all they had).

Review 32：The thing that was important for me is that they had a really good wi-fi connection. Also I was provided with a PC at my ask and they printed my papers for free. That was nice. The hotel it is located about 5 min walk to city centre, the room is new and in a new building, facilities were ok. It is a very good value for the money. Everything was like in the offer, new room, tv, comfortable bed, well working air conditioning, fast internet. The personel were helpful and available to come for an extra cleaning. Thanks again to the staff who was really useful to get taxi and give informations. The hotel has a safe parking space. The owner of the hotel was very helpfull and provided us with good info about our trip in Moldova. We had to leave very early in the morning so they prepare everything very early.

Review 35：1. Upon arrival was informed that the room was still occupied, and that they could offer another one for a higher price. Firstly, it's their responsibility to make sure the room is available as it was booked beforehand. Secondly, the new room they offered was supposed to be a lux number, although it was an economy one. And I say this as someone with work experience in the hospitality industry. 2. The hotel webpage, as well as the booking.com listing mentions the following: * toiletries ( that means you'll only get a cheap liquid soap. No shampoo even) * phonic isolation (NONE whatsoever) * slippers (none) * electric teapot (again, none) * mini bar ( they don't make a difference between a mini bar, which is supposed to be in the room, and a downstairs bar, common for all) * the room in itself is not bad, but the website lies about many things. The room was also very dusty. DEFINITELY not a 4 star hotel. Maximum a 3, if the hostesses learned the first thing in tourism hospitality

The customer told me that they came and the hotel told them that they can't provide the confirmed room because the lady that was staying in the room added an extra night. Surely I hopped my room was available since I had a booking confirmation. But no, I was told the same story with some lady continuing her stay... This place is an excuse for a hotel

Review 40：- ugly furniture - the sofa was broken - no minibar and no hair-drier in a 4star hotel - the bath tube was broken - the water was running in the entire bathroom - quite noisy - we could hear every time the phone was ringing at the reception - I do not recommend the breakfast as you do not have a choice - even if you like it or not you will receive an omelette with some kind of yellowish tomatoes

I asked if they are repairing saturday as well and they told me no.They lied ....

Review 67：This hotel was an unexpected stay in Chisinau as I waited to move into my new hotel. First, when I used booking.com to book the room, the hotel said it accepted credit card in which that was the initial payment I wanted to use. When I checked in, the girl said their machine wasn't working and I had to use cash. Later I find out from someone else in conversation who stayed there in the past, they had this issue as well; it's done for taxes. The bed was large and the initial girl at the front desk was nice. I asked if the hotel does dry cleaning as I have very important meetings with the government on Monday to which they assured me it would be taken care of and ready first thing in the morning. I brought down my best suit valued at 1000 euro. When I picked the suit up in the morning, it had obviously been run through the washer and dryer. As a low cost solution to see if it would help, I said send it to the dry cleaner to see if it might fix it - even though I knew the damage had already been done. For the inconvenience, they offered my stay for free even though I paid for the laundry and the first night. When I returned back to the hotel later that night, they said I had to pay for the entirety of the stay. I said absolutely not and girl from the morning said ok. The next day when I arrive back to the hotel after work, they give me a call once I reach my room saying I must pay. I take a look at my suit and it's still completely destroyed. After speaking with the owner of the hotel via skype, she says after 10 minutes of arguing that my stay is 50% off. Eventually she said it would be free but the girl at the desk was saying the suit was in good condition. I asked for her email so wie could communicate that way in order to arrange for payment of the suit. I have emailed her several times with no response. Pictures were included to which anyone can see, there is significant damage to the point of replacement for the suit.

Review 68：- bed sheets ware a little bit to small for the size of the bad - shower has no curtains so it will get a little bit wet in the bathroom, but other than that in good condition - it can get a little loud because of private parties that are held in the sauna area.

Review 69：- room was very big and mine was the cheapest one you could get. - nice LCD TV in room - very clean, one day they cleaned the room late in the evening because I did not get out of the room before then. - nice furniture in the room - safe parking - all in all, best value for money!!

Review 70：Need to pay additional for sauna, and water in pool was around 20 degree. It was not a 4 star hotel, just around 3 star. International rules - pool water should be around 29 degree, not 20. Pool water was old - green color. Was not change long time.

Review 80：Most staff were unpolite and provide extremely poor customer service. No tea in the room. No water in the room. No shower gel or shampoo. No breakfast despite saying its included, only free tea in the morning. Did not provide an iron and ironing board. Housekeeping forgot to do the room on one day. Shower is too small for anybody taller than 170cm. On one day had no hot water in the room. On another evening/night no electricity.

You have to buy beer, cola, sprite or juice toquench your thirst because there is no drinking water at the hotel.Drinking from tap water is another choice. Breakfast is 3cookies+coffee/tea. Preferably egg is included. If you want to orderPizza from the menu, it is prepared in 45 minutes. I guess they orderfrom outside.

Review 88：This place is going downhill. There was mold in the shower, which had no curtain, so the water went all over the bathroom and washed filth out from under the toilet. The wireless doesn't work in most rooms. No more meals, except a bad croissant for breakfast. We didn't bother with it. I feel sorry for the staff, who seem to work very hard and remain cheerful. I would not consider it 4 star. There wasn't even shampoo in the bathroom.

Review 97：Strong et persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the room and in the entire hotel: The hotel also offers spa services so it can get really noisy late at night; even in the most remote room: TV was not working: Internet connection was constantly interrupted and too weak for web browsing.
