Review 1：communication is really hard... hot spring is not as good as i expected... they only allow you to use shuttle bus when you check in. Breakfast ends early..

Review 2：Room is big. Female staff are nice. (while some male staff are not very friendly... maybe just because they dont understand English) Breakfast is overall good. l like fruit. Location is ok. not far away from bus stop.

Review 4：Hotel room is huge but very old and run down. Design and fixtures in the 1970s. Bathroom extremely small, smaller than those that we stayed in Japanese business hotels in the cities, and very very old and smells like an aircraft toilet after a long haul flight. We didn't even shower in it during our 3 days there because the tap and shower are very old and covered with grim and the toilet was smelly. We showered in the indoor spa throughout our stay. Indoor hot spa is big and looks like an old public swimming pool. Not a relaxing environment. Outdoor spa is even worst. It is very small and so badly maintained that nobody uses it. Remotely situated in corner and one would not feel safe if being alone in the outdoor spa. We were the only foreigners in the hotel during our stay. Their guests are mainly tour groups which consist of mostly elderly Japanese.
