Review 1：No international electric sockets in the room and reception don't offer adapters. Breakfast is a joke
Review 2：Inclusive breakfast is a joke. Your choice are noodles and/or toast, that is it. Tea or coffee or water, no juices. Pathetic
Review 3：Bed has obvious stain, tidiness / cleanliness at common area of pantry is not satisfactory ( basin is stuck with dirty water, utensil is messy ), Hairdryer no hot air, access to restaurant or sundry shop is not convenient ( did not go the restaurant at hotel as it closed at 8pm when we wanted to Hv our dinner on our 1st nite ).

Review 5：- The air condition is not fully working - The design of the bathroom does not facilitate the water flow. There was no curtain and the shower cubicle was small. So, water splash all out - Noisy at night
Review 6：1.Booked a room with breakfast, however the breakfast only start serving at 8am. I need to check out check out before 8am, hence I did not enjoy the breakfast and it's was not refundable. 2. There is an organic shop in the hotel but was closed at 11pm. I think it should extend till 12am as that area do not have places for proper meal.

Review 13：Is a very good hotel at a peace location, the pillow and bed is comfort until my love one doesn't want to wake up for breakfast. The room is clean, and the front desk service is friendly. We like the sitting area provide by the hotel, is a very nice place to have a cup of coffee with news paper
Review 14：Overall cleanliness was bad. There were stains on the walls, found strands of hair on pillow and bed, yellow stains on bed, some kind of bad room smell (had to continuously spray with perfume to get rid of the smell). Bad experience.

I suggest they could consider having some self check-in kiosk since the front-desk staffs not willing to interact with guests and looks like a robot to us. Nothing much to talk about, as this is a very basic and budgeted hotel good for having a night rest, can't expect too much from it facilities. Water for shower, pressure need to be improved. Breakfast was included in this booking, but the staff never tell where to have it when we check-in. staffs always busy looking at their phone playing game. Thus, I wrote on this Headline.
Review 53：The location was great. Quiet and Serinity. With our GPS is rather easy to find. Signages to the hotel was quite clear. We've no problem finding the hotel though is located at the remote area. There're planty of parking spaces at the "B1" car park were the entrance located.
