Review 1：Central location, great breakfast, the restaurant serves very nice food and is not expensive, all the hotel staff are very polite and friendly plus most speak English, the rooms are also very comfortable and clean

Review 2：We wanted to have a massage but we were told we had to book in advance. There was no information about this either on the website or hotel information.

Review 6：booked into the restaurant a party of 22 but there was a private party who had a disco which was very loud and flashing lights in the area where we were dinning ask to turn them off which was done 5 minutes later they were back on

Review 7：On arrival, some drunk people were forced by security personell to leave the hotel. Also there was a loud party until 1 AM on the 1st floor which we could even hear in our room which was 2 levels higher.

Review 8：In corner of 3rd floor WiFi is VERY BAD. Almost didnt working. Transaction was converted to USD without my approval and with very bad exchange rate. My card doesn't have a pin, so I discovered it only after a receipt was given to me.

Review 10：Second time in this hotel. Old building but in a good shape. Very close to the main pedestrian Private parking with guard, even at night (important when you drive there with your car)!

Review 11：Being presented as a 3* hotel, it certainly overcame my expectations. I'd rather rate this hotel as 4*. However I did not experience the breakfast. The hotel staff settled down parking of my car within a second, taking into account that fact that I could hardly find a place for it in the neighborhood at arrival to the hotel. My room was spacious. The windows are large which is marvelous. The bathroom is just perfect. All in all, I didn't find any drawbacks.

Review 12：I book 5 rooms for 12 persons.Making a reservation i wrote at i need 2 rooms with extra bed.Of course they dont know nothing about extrabed and they can not do enything. They charge for parking 45 Zloty (a 12,-€) and that wasn`t mentinod before anywhere. Street side rooms are bit uncomfort cause saturday night life from street was anoying.

Review 15：Superb location, very close to the central Kosciuszko Market (numerous street cafes offering excellent Polish beers and local food), beautiful Gothic Cathedral, historical Branicki Palace and city park with fountains. On the other side of the park, there is a large modern shopping Center (Alfa). The restaurant in the hotel offers huge breakfasts for a very reasonable price (about US$ 10 per person), including local delicacies (blood sausages, tongues, pork and chicken in aspic, pancakes with apple jelly). The dinner menu was excellent as well, and the check a pleasant surprise.

Review 17：Hotel situated in center of Bialystok (few hundred meters from Rynek Kosciuszki). I'd like the design of rooms and room itself was big. Wi-Fi is free and speed of connection was very good. Also price is fine.

Review 18：The hotel is old but as a Best Western you are guaranteed a clean room. It was more than suitable for our needs. There is a wonderful restaurant attached to the hotel and the food is excellent. The hotel is about a minute's walk to the town centre and most of the town can be seen on foot.
