Review 1：Very good location. Drove us from and to the port. Very nice, convenient, wide open, nice atmosphere, quite, and well decorated hotel. Excellent breakfast. Very good stuff.
Review 2：Ants all in the rooms, air conditioning broke, the guy was to lazy tocome pick people up from the port. Warning do not stay at this place.Coming from someone who has been here multiple times and looks a ratingand does there research for trips do not stay. Rude rude rude old manwith glasses at the front and place feels like you want to kill yourselfin such a beautiful island.

Review 4：Staff were lovely & very helpful. Pickup from ferry included. Easy walk from the hotel to the Main Street with restaurants & can walk to either harbour from the hotel too. Room was clean & well equipped. Ours had a balcony with mountain views - a lovely peaceful spot to sit & relax at the end of the day. Breakfast was great & free wifi in public areas was handy too. Highly recommend this hotel.
Review 5：Staff, Pino, was extremely helpful and professional. He helped us to contact the tour operator and transport company for re-booking for 2 times due to change of schedule. Based on his experience, he pro-actively assisted us in re-confirmation of the tour. Without his sincere help, we would miss the chance going to Stromboli and watching the lava flow is an unforgettable experience in the trip. His excellent service standard was impressive to my friends and me. It is hardly to find such kind-hearted and helpful staff and difficult for us to express in words how we appreciate Pino’s assistance. The hotel is also centrally located in Lipari Island and easily accessible. It is within walking distance to the pier running to and from the surrounding Aeolian islands and Millazzo. The food variety in buffet continental breakfast is many. Although we stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, we did not find the buffet breakfast boring. Highly recommend those who are going to Lipari stay at Oriente Hotel.

Review 7：Wifi doesn't work in room only in public areas. Our room dark,first floor looked into a hedge that obscured the light but not a big problem as not in room during day. Hard beds but this is common it seems all over Italy.

Basic, clean room, nice breakfast with good variety,coffee good if you asked for it to be made for you rather than from the machine.Businesslike but helpful staff. Easy walk to main street and down to both marinas. Pickup and drop off at ferry if requested.
