Review 1：location at the north part was not ideal for day trips around the lake.

Review 2：staff was helpful and kind.facilites were great. there is a backyard where the kids played. they loved it.

Review 3：In the room we could hear everything that was being done and said in the next rooms. Woke up everytime someone flushed the toilet. The mattress was terrible, we could feel its forms, it was old and sort of "pressed". We woke up with a pain in our backs. After dinner, no place where to go for a walk, since the road is busy and poorly lit, having no pavement for pedestrians. Either you take the car or you stay in the hotel. We chose this hotel because of the positive opinions, but were really disappointed.

Review 7：It's best to have your own vehicle because the hotel is a few kilometers from the nearest ferry terminal and sightseeing points of interest. Free parking is provided at the hotel.

Review 8：The family that runs the hotel is very sweet and accommodating. They upgraded our room, which was a nice surprise for us when we arrived. We had a beautiful view of Lake Como from our room. The hotel has a "secret passage" under the bridge with direct access to the beach so we were able to swim in the lake and sit on the beach easily. Lounge chairs are also available on the terrace of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was substantial and tasty. The restaurant also has a good dinner menu with fresh lake fish and home made pasta.

Review 12：Great location on the lake if you are driving. In a quiet town so need a car to access more touristic areas. Wonderful staff, comfortable rooms with good storage space. Good selection of food for breakfast and their restaurant is very good for evening dining.

Review 13：The hotel's website shows a sundeck and there might be one there above the entry to the hotel but it is not open to customers of the hotel.

Review 14：Room was air conditioned and comfortable with a small private balcony. Hotel is within walking distance of a couple of very good restaurants located in the village of Rezzonico so be sure to check them out as well as the old castle and Roman road that leads from Rezzonico to San Siro. The hotel itself also has a very good restaurant. The local bus service stops right in front of the hotel so you can use the bus to travel to Mennagio for the day and avoid the parking hassles you are sure to encounter there.

Review 17：Beautiful, friendly, high-quality, family-run hotel! My adult son and I received a free upgrade to a standard room, which had a glorious lake view (even if it was partial) and a big balcony! Absolutely luxurious with fine quality furniture/fittings and definitely not 'standard' in my view! Hotel is located on the main road, but noise was not a problem. The hotel has access (under the road) to a little, private beach. Tiny, picturesque village St. Maria Rezzonico with a couple of restaurants is within a few minutes' walking distance (head across the road!). We regret not eating at the highly acclaimed restaurant at Hotel Sole (e.g. they make their own pasta and serve terrific lake fish), but as it was our last night in Italy, we needed a pizza fix, which we got in the village! Amazing breakfast buffet at Hotel Sole with endless and fantastic choices, e.g. type of paninis, local honeys, everything you can possibly imagine :-) We would return any day!!!

Review 25：There was some street noise and a techno club down the street, however this all quieted down enough so that we could sleep. The club had its opening night while we were there and it was LOUD, however the second night it was much, much quieter and we had no problem sleeping.

Review 26：What wasn't to like! We had a room at the front with a balcony. We could lay in bed and see the lake. The bed was very comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and the food was brilliant.

Review 43：The location was difficult to find with a navigation, as addresses are a bit a guesswork. The turning into the parking lot was not the easiest. But the location has a lot of parking. If you don't have a car, not sure how u can reach this spot.

Review 104：We had a room facing the lake, and the view from the balcony of Lake Como (which is just across the roadway) was lovely. It is just a short walk to Rezzonico to the north or Santa Maria to the south, both of which are well worth discovering.

Review 122：In our room sound isolation was not too good so you can hear the noises from the corridor or neighbours. Other minor problem was the bed linen which was clean and good but it was just a sheet to cover yourself and in case if it is not enough there was a wool cover to put on the top of it, which slide if you moove during sleep so this was not too comfortable, I would prefere the envelope for bed cover.

Review 123：Personal in this family run hotel was very professional, polite and friendly. Wifi quality(free) was very good in our room. Restorant was superior quality local cousine. Location is in a quiet village so not crowded on a beach wich is two minutes from the hotel thrue the tonnel under the road so u dont have to cross the road. Breakfast was much better than in other Italian hotels i used to stay before. Owerall wery good hotel for the price.
