Hotel San Filis is housed in a beautiful villa, which dates back to the 16th century. It features all modern comforts, including a free internet point, and a lounge with Satellite TV and book-sharing corner.

Review 1：Very noisy room, noise from kitchen below and from guests above was really bad. Room was also very stuffy, air con is turned off automatically at 12pm, made for an incomfortable sleep

Review 3：It was very hot when we stayed there, so we don't understand why they had to turn off the air condition at 3 am every day. We asked to keep it on longer, but it was 'impossible'. The cupboards were big, but we would like more shelves, not only hanging closets.

Review 5：Air conditioning was ineffective (30C) in my room! Plus it went off at night! Also my room phone did not work! I reported it but no good. Plus both my sunloungers were broken and pool shower taps not working. Toiletries sparse. Plastic shower doors!

Review 7：We had ants in the bath. Wi-Fi only at the hotel reception. No toiletries. The girl from reception was also a waiter at the restaurant, so we've waited for 5 minutes to check-in. Parking a bit far from hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.

Review 11：The hotel has a very nice little cout yard for coffee of dinner. The 3 course dinner menues are delicoius. I loved also the hotel own pool and the walking distance to the near by lake shore (about 10 minutest at most) with a nice goffee bar.
Review 12：Where to start..... The staff are very unpleasant and the rooms areawful. All barring one young lady, the staff don't care much for theirguests. The breakfast although fresh was very dull and lacked anyvariety. There is only so much cereal, bread, ham, cheese and salami onecan eat. I appreciate an English breakfast may not be "home" in Italybut eggs and toast are not too hard to offer! The rooms are very old,uncomfortable and not cleaned very well. I would not stay longer thanabsolutely necessary. 2 ** more than 3 ***
Review 13：The location is fantastic, the village has great access to Lake Gardaand 3-4 great restaurants. I highly recommend Solaluna and if you want areal treat try La Dispensa. Plus you must have a look inside the Churchin the village square, it is breathtaking. The pool at the hotel wasgreat but the chemical levels were too high and all the chairs,umbrellas and cushions are very old and tired.
