Review 1：The restaurant in the lobby did not serve alcohol you could not have alcohol served as part of room service. Obviously we did not expect a strong muslim culture in an international hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

RM 130 for deposit is a lot and i think its only fair if customers are given prior notice about it..

Review 15：The hotel security was a little lax. I came back two nights around 10.00 pm and I did not notice any security guards on duty. Outsiders can just walk right in to the lobby and into the lifts to access the rooms if they feel they could do this with such ease.

Review 30：I stayed here for a day. It was nice and comfort. The staff made a mistake by giving us the key for a different rooms. The rooms that was allocated was **12 but they gave us the key for **21. We tried to open the room but we couldnt. So I call the housekeeping boy who was there. When we open it there were other occupying it. Lucky they were not in the room at the moment. Or else I think we should had been scolded. The receptionist should have bw more careful when giving out room keys. We have to come down to replace the key. The food was nice but not much of varieties. For the price they charge there ahould be more varieties. The biscuits that they serve was good and very tasty. will recommend friends to stay here.

Review 31：The lighting wasn't good, quite deem. There was a spoiled light bulb but not changed. Bath tub was dirty! The drainage system wasn't good as well. The safety box was spoiled!
