Review 3：WiFi did not work in the apartment but did outside. Sofa was not too comfy and I usually like to see a few books/ magazines tourist info in an apartment. This was in main reception but why not just leave in the accommodation?

Review 5：The staff were very welcoming , the swimming pool is excellent, we had dinner one time and it was great, made with local products.Thank you to Beatrice and Roberto for babysitting Matilde during the dinner! The breakfast made by Bruno is also excellent. It's a nice place to relax.

Review 6：We loved all the 6 days we spent here. Everything was perfect. When we could not find the way in the dark, late at night (gmaps sent us to the wrong place, obs obs) Roberto came and helped us. Bruno made fantastick breakfast and dinner, the dog Manzo endured all the love from our kids, the tomatoes from the garden tasted lovely, the pool was great. Peacefull and beautifuly located. Close to pisa, firenze and Lucca. We will come back!

Review 8：Excellent location, situated in a beautiful area full od wineyards and cyprusses. Owners extremely helpful and polite.Great swimming pool with clean water and beautiful view. I can honestly recommend it.

Review 9：If you are staying here in autumn and the weather is cold, clear the question of heating and ask the staff to heat up the apartment by the time of arrival.

Review 10：The owners are very nice and helpful, we got fresh organic vegetables and local wine to taste. The house is authentic and charming, just besides a chianti plantation. Good base to start your tours around Tuscany from here. And don't forget to feed the donkeys (Dante and Beatrice) in the backyard.

Review 14：The hostess was great and catered to our needs. The location was very peaceful and quiet. Close to surrounding villages. Rooms, were large, and super clean! Too bad it was not warm enough for the lovely pool :)

Review 16：Everything was perfect for what we wanted. Our small children loved the animals, with a different experience every day (e.g. a newly hatched chick, still sitting in its shell!). Beatrice, Umberto and Helena made us feel very welcome and showed exceptional kindness, with little gifts - nothing was too much bother for them. We ate in the on-site restaurant a few times and loved the homely atmosphere as well as the delicious food (we even have the recipe for some "Amazing cake"). It is perfectly located for touring between Pisa, Florence, Siena etc, and the on site parking facilities are excellent. Although we had small children, the Villa is perfect for anyone, it is quiet and in beautiful surroundings, set among the vineyard, with a large well maintained pool, free wifi, outside eating/resting areas, etc. We will not forget our experience here and intend to come back as soon as we can.

Review 17：The hotel is build on an authentic tuscany house, keeping the original wood structure, old furniture, but in the same time, having all the modern facilities. The owners are very nice and very open, the location is calm, quite and green and is for the people who wants to see the real Tuscany, rather than the turistic one.

Review 19：We loved everything about this place. The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. The pool was lovely and basically it is everything it says on the tin. The location is in the countryside so you would definitley need a car but trips to Sienna, San Gimingano and Pisa are easy. This place was a fab experience for us all. We were also recommended a local restaurant "Osteria del Norcino" and it was a fab experience and great price. You should definitely include this as part of your trip if you have time just make sure you haven't eaten too much all day!! Lucca the owner likes to make sure you have very full bellies before you leave.
