Review 1：Very helpful staff. They gave us a better room, for the same money, bacause the fist room was cold. In the morning they gave us a printer, because we needed to print something.

Review 3：The location in the forest is really amazing; the all-wood hotel and the big windows make you feel in the nature; good breakfast and beers; staff very kind.
Review 4：WIFI in room 12 is poor. Last set of Stairs very steep to this room so would not suit younger children.

Review 11：The staff who all spoke English were friendly and helpful, booking in and out was really easy. The bed was comfortable and large. The food was excellent if a little limited for vegetarians but good value for money.The service was excellent and the location was superb for exploring the forest and there were even red squirrels playing outside whilst we ate our breakfast.

Review 15：The main dislike was that the central heating knob didn't function properly in room and did not switch off.So the night's sleep was unpleasant because of the heat.Also would have like a hairdryer plug in bathroom for hair,did not locate one.A mirror in the bedroom would have been great also so you could have somewhere else to do your makeup and hair.The small mirror in bathroom was'nt enough for two people to share in a small space.
Review 16：Loved that this hotel was amongst the woods,such a delight,having a restaurant beneath also an extra bonus,not having to find somewhere to eat late at night was terrific.The staff were also very friendly,happy faces.

Review 20：I love the location, it's in the middle of the woods (but walking distance to the nearby village should you need to go to the supermarket or get some Italian ice cream, there are also a lot of great restaurants there).There are a lot of possibilities for hikes. The restaurant is really great with excellent food. It's decorated really nicely and you can also sit outside if the weather permits. The room is wonderful, so nicely decorated. I slept like a baby, no noises. The TV attached to the ceiling is also a great idea. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast too.

I enjoyed drinks in the bat and a great evening meal. The lovely morning team made me scrambled eggs and bacon in additiona to the buffet breakfast available.

Review 56：Exerything...This is an excellently run and appointed hotel set in an idyllic woodland setting. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would certainly stay here if I am nearby. The restaurant is also first class. I admired all of the interior decor and materials.

Review 63：The family room, which is in the eaves was cold and despite the heating being on full, it did not get very warm. The temperature outside was below zero celsius and there was snow on the ground. The room did not seem to be well insulated and the windows were only single glazed.

The food was excellent and the selection on the menu good. Beautiful wooded location and not far from Tilbug, Efterling etc. A great place for some quiet R & R. The bathroom was fabulous.
