Review 1：No breakfast. No bar. No normal reception. Can't get in or out without being asked to explain where and why you going and when you coming back..
Review 2：It was very cold. There aren't facilities in the kitchen. Only one type of towels for two persons. Step and dangerous ladder.

Review 4：When we went by taxi to the hotel, the taxi driver 3x asked again whether we are really going on so Hotel? When the Administrator, on our insisted that we each need their own blanket and towel replied that "We have couples settle in and they do not complain about the cold '... Then we realized the taxi driver a hint ....water in the bathroom was cold, it took a lot of time to get warm. Glum staff

Although few of these issues got improved after complaint to booking.com not after direct question if it could be sorted (excuse was either I am working there only for 3 days or boiler was running all night, so it shouldnt be only a cold water).
