Review 23：Very bad attitude of one of the front desk staff who named Myra. Talked to customer without smile and sound harsh. Even tell me directly of her name and get me to complain her if I want as she said she doesn't mind at all during the check in time. The problem is I never tend to complain her at that moment but she is being too sensitive and very poor manners to talk to customer in this way especially in this line. I were really stunned when she throw the words like these. Not professional at all and not well trained. The housekeeping staff of this hotel is even better manners than her. Management should give proper training to front desk staff and improve the service as they represent the hotel at front line.

Review 26：The room was spacious and well decorated. Really impressed with it. The infinity pool was also great.

Review 27：Check in was not too smooth. I requested for early check in at 12nn but room was not available. Was ask to go back at 1.30pm. So we decided to go for lunch 1st and back at 3.15pm. But room is still not available. After waiting for another 20-30min, they change another room for me. Everyone was tired from the long drive in. After i check into my room, 1 house keeping staff after pressing 1 time of door bell, he enter my room without waiting for me to open the door. Which shock me. That's the only unpleasant i feel. Beside that, my stay was gd.

Review 29：my check in was delayed. Waiting almost an hour at the lobby until my room was ready. Also i was misinformed about breakfast in the booking.com page. I had 2 deals to choose from and one was without breakfast but you can add RM55 for breakfast at the location and the other was with breakfast. I did the maths and found the without breakfast was value for money but only when i went to the location i found out that RM55 was per person per night and not per room. That brought to a rate more expensive to the 2nd deal. I think it is the hotel's responsibility that these things are clearly stated to help consumers make a decision.

The room is rather small compared to Royale Bintang despite paying more and somehow I couldn't get enough sleep (on contrary, my wife was enjoying her sleep better than Royale Bintang).

Waiter who serve us during breakfast ( a chinese trainee) don even acknowledge a Thank you from a 5 yo girl! Either he is tired or simply do not take pride in his work. During departure, also no bellman to help us with our luggage. How can the bellman all go lunch at one time during check out time? Again the security guard came to our rescue.

The hotel have a playroom for children, a waddling pool, buffet spread with food suitable for young ones (mine is 2 years old) and a big washroom with enclosed toilet and shower area which allows me to conveniently wash up some baby stuff at the basin. Big fluffy bed with Nickelodeon channel, great for kids. Hotel is linked to shopping malls with children zone and not far away from IKEA.

Review 84：We paid more for the executive club room but the twin bed room was 2 single beds (website shows super single). There wasn't any note to inform that kids below 12 are not allowed to access to the lounge. The service at the executive lounge was bad.

Imagine with all the luggage having to go down to the counter and then when back again. But the Bell Boy who assist us with the luggage is friendly and helpful. That really cool us off .....

Review 136：(1) External calls from the room phone was unavailable despite having placed credit at check in. It was not until two complaints later that external calls was enabled. (2) Related to the above, the operator was ill equipped to advise the possible cause, only saying external calls must be made via the operator. (3) Calling the Reception was a pain. Often times no one picked up the call. Good luck if you had an emergency. (4) Wifi availability was intermittent, at one stage at close to midnight it was unavailable and I had to send emails so it was a real damper. Much time was spent trying to connect. After multiple calls to Reception when someone finally answered, they offered to send up a LAN cable but it was not after 20 mins the cable arrived. It was past 1am and the wait was tiring. Anyway the cable didn't work either so I went to sleep without getting my emails sent. My speculation was that the gateway was down. Really bad for business travellers. (5) Feedback next morning about the bad internet was met with a very obligatory "we're so sorry". Period. While ambience and facilities exist, people makes the service and sadly this experience made me feel this hotel is not worth the 5-star rating.
