Review 1：A bit awkward for access/egress as we had to trouble our hosts with this whenever we left the villa (however, they did not seem to mind).
Review 2：The couple who looked after us & shared their family's history with us. We felt quite welcome in their home. Handy for Florence & Pisa. Intro to their cousins' pottery in Montelupo. Impressed with the manner in which they installed a modern ensuite without ruining the character of the building.
Review 3：The unpleasant odor on the first floor. Plastic bowls and plates at breakfast. Poor choice of breakfast foods. The padlocks on the OUTSIDE of our room.

Review 5：- a bit fade breakfast - there is no key for the guests. You have to always ring the bell, when you want to get inside the property. An electronic entrance system with temporary cards or codes could solve this. it is far from train station, you need a car to get there
Review 6：- historic Tuscany Villa on the in the countriside. - very quiet location on the hill out of Montelupo with beautiful Tuscany views - room with frescoes,partly historic mobiliar and very beautiful bathroom - attentitive and kind approach of Ms. Fianmetta - WiFi is fast&functionning around the clock, which is rather unusual in Italy
