Review 1：Pool was so cold and yet the weather was really warm! A few more kitchen items and soap in the bathrooms would have been nice.

Review 2：great facilities, fantastic views and very comfortable stay.

Review 3：The 'farmhouse' had a lovely swimming pool and all rooms en suite + and extra toilet. Unfortunately the plumbing was not adequate to deal with this call for water and for 2 days we could not flush the toilet often and had no hot water for 3 days. This seems to be an ongoing problem, I suspect because there were four houses with all these toilets and showers and the water supply cannot cope, air gets in the pipes and the tanks do not fill up. We enjoyed staying here but think this needs to be sorted out. The farmhouse location was brilliant for the view but was 10 minutes walk from the nearest shops or restaurants to get food etc. The shops will deliver for free but this wouldn't be the ideal spot for those with mobility problems.

Review 4：The farmhouse was spacious using traditional stone, well equipped , had a lovely pool and a fantastic view. It had ensuite facilities which was great for us and good cooking facilities and Wifi. The fly in the ointment was the problem with the plumbing and water pressure which rather negated all the lovely ensuite showers and toilets. Overall we loved staying here. The view was stunning, it was a quiet area with privacy and lovely sympathetic architecture of local stone. You could get buses to nearby beaches and to Victoria. We chose this location because it was near ancient Neolithic temples, which were within walking distance.

Review 9：We assumed that if you booked the whole house you could use any/all bedrooms. However, only one was made up, which meant that when the wind was extremely noisy one night we could not move to the other side of the house where it was much quieter. Also, we couldn't use the only bath in the house (the room that had been chosen for us had a shower) as it had no plug.

Review 11：Little things in terms of cleanliness - e.g. I attempted to clean the pool. The following day the maintenance man stopped by for a separate matter, saw the pool and suggested he clean it. I was very grateful for this. The BBQ and some kitchen cupboards needed to be cleaned better but we didn't even use the BBQ so it didn't matter. The bed was a little uncomfy in that you can feel the springs beneath you. These issues were small. Our enjoyment of the farmhouse outweighed all these things.

Review 12：The farmhouses are wonderful - a perfect way to enjoy Gozo. Outdoor facilities are plentiful, the kitchen has everything you need, the bathrooms are roomy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Review 13：Only one key to the farmhouse and although offer for office staff to open up when our group did different things they were often not in the office. Needed a booklet of instructions for stove,TV equipment and local transport etc Mattresses and pillows plus towels and bbq need replacing fly wire screens on all doors the mosquitoes were savage.perhaps some repellent coils could be provided. In kitchen need salad servers more sharp knives bowls plastic storage boxes and better lighting in kitchen

Review 16：I have just returned from a weeks stay at the Farmhouses with my brother and can thoroughly recommend the Farmhouse and area to other visitors. The farmhouse was comfortable with excellent amenities and a very welcoming feel. We found the staff very helpful and the whole area friendly and relaxing. An excellent week and very relaxing. Will definitely book for the Farmhouse again.

Review 17：We had some trouble with the hot water supply towards the end of our stay but the staff was kind and prompt to solve the problem.

Review 19：The cleanliness could be improved. We were likely the first tenants of the season so the house was a little dusty. The BBQ was extremely dirty so we could not used it. The pool was too cold to bath (but in April we were not surprised). Had to buy some electricity card for the heat (about 20€ for a week) to warm up the bedrooms at night (once again, it was expected in april)

Review 20：The staff was very friendly. The property is nice, quiet and overall well equipped. The location is awesome and the view on Victoria's citadella was breathtaking. We got a welcoming basket with coffe, tea, milk, bread, butter and ham which was good as we arrived late at night.

Review 23：Beware - the 2-bedroom apartments are cramped and feel a bit like a cave - certainly not worth the high price we paid. Apartment is cold in the winter and had drafts - we had to move after one night. Also, in 12 years of staying around the world, I've never been asked to pay for my own electricity, especially in a 150 Euro-plus apartment. Was literally speechless.

Review 24：Nice location in a pretty village - atmospheric.

Review 25：Water pressure is very low, it could do with a water pump so that one could have a nice power shower. The place lacked carpets and rugs, even the bathrooms had none. Lighting could be better and some bulbs were actually not working at all. TV is small and ancient.

Review 26：Overall the place is good and recommendable. We're a small family, 2 adults and 2 young children. We went for a short break. The location is excellent and the 2 bedroom place we stayed in is cosy and comfortable. The view is breathtaking. Wifi is available and free. The place is clean and the staff helpful. A/C is available against extra payment by buying a card.

Pool area needs to be overall attended to : Sunbeds and sun umbrella were broken, table on terrace needs to be replaced Refrigerator did not cool. Linen and towels were worn out and "smelly". Ceiling fans noisy.

Review 50：Loved the view from the terrace, the layout and size of the apartment and the individual underground parking. Also the high quality and very reasonable home made food you can get delivered every night to eat on the terrrace. Literally turned our accommodation into the best restaurant on the island.

Review 51：Mattress and pillows in double room should be chucked away, very lumpy and bumpy. Kettle was unusable as dirty, there is only one washing machine between all the farmhouses, no washing powder or liquid supplied, had to purchase a card for 5 euro for the heating/air con which lasted 13 hours. Pool and windows were dirty. TV unwatchable and no DVD player.

Review 52：Ta Rebecca farmhouse was set in a nice location, Monica was always on hand if we had a query. Easy walk to the square, great places to eat, especially Olympic restaurant. Good shopping in Victoria.

Review 53：The bed lining looks like it has been used/washed a lot - new one would definitely make the place more shiny! Also found very weird that no bin bags and dish washing liquid was provided. It was said that a maid should come once a week - do not think that did happen at all during our stay.

Review 54：The Farmhouse is situated in a beautiful location close to the centre in Xaghra with spectacular view on Victoria and the island. Every bedroom has its own bathroom - two of the bedrooms had actually jacuzzi baths! The terrace with the private pool was equipped with bbq grill, outdoor furniture and furniture for sunbathing. Wifi in the house is a great addition!

Review 55：Monica is a great host. Loved the location, the view and the silence. Lovely to be situated in walking distance to both Victoria and Xaghra. Will return to Bella Vista if I travel to Gozo again.

Review 57：The house was very comfortable and picturesque with a wonderful view. The pool was a good plus and its size was perfect. The city (Xaghra) was overall beautiful,clean and very well situated in the center of the island and therefore not far away from any of the many tourist attractions Gozo has to offer.

Review 60：The farmhouse was spacious,comfortable and very well equipped with private pool and sunbeds. Monica was most helpful with booking trips, taxis and any other queries (although the square is only a ten minute walk). The starter food pack was so welcome on arrival off a late flight. We (four ladies) loved this spacious accommodation but it would also be ideal for a family.

Review 61：The kitchen was very ill equipped for self catering.. 2 mugs and a few tiny coffee cups (We were 4 adults and 2 kids), few drinking / wine glasses, dinner plates that don't fit into the tiny microwave.. Its a shame that such lovely properties are not equipped to a higher standard - the ceiling fans sound like an aircraft carrier above your head..

Review 62：The most obvious thing going for these farmhouses is the panoramic view Everything was clean with modest furnishings. Bedroom sheets were clean - Few bathroom towels but then I always take my own. The pool area was very satisfactory and the pool was clean and maintained. There is also a great plus that one can buy vouchers to use for the A/C in each bedroom - Eur5 for 13 hours - We didn't use them as a lovely breeze was blowing and were refunded. Wifi is free and there is a very good connection. The TV in the living area was small and not a flat screen - but as it was repeatedly pointed out.. Who needs a TV with a view like that! :-) All in all I would definitely recommend staying here and I very likely will return.. All you need is a positive holiday attitude, a good book and that poolside view! Bliss!

Review 63：Beds were uncomfortable, very low water pressure, flying ants (seasonal occurrence) only one washing machine for all the properties and lack of drying facilities (we bought our own washing line). Satellite tv only one channel in English (BBC World News) but lots in other languages.

Information on the area would have helpful.The fewreading books provided were in German so less than useful. The villaswere very difficult to find and even the friendly locals did not knowwhere they were.

Review 68：The setting is great with fabulous views of the Gozo countryside, andRabat Citadel. The bedrooms are spacious and have ensuite facilities. Alocal enterprise promoted by Bella Vista provides excellent cooked mealsat low prices straight to the farmhouse door. Friendly neighbours gaveus some fresh fruit from their trees.

Review 69：Some missing lighting (kitchen needs to be lighted brighter). A shower beside the pool could be useful (avoid getting inside still wet)

Beatiful terrace with a nice pool (a bit coldduring our stay). It is a short walk into Xaghra centre where there arefood shops (at least one of which will deliver food), restaurants. Postoffice etc. On the way one passes both a letter box and recycling bins.Easy to park your car on the street, but I think that there is also agarage space for every house. Friendly owner. We stayed in off seasonand it was very inexpensive.
