Review 14：The hotel is in great location, can access to a big shopping mall, One Utama within 3 mins drive. And the hotel provide free parking. The room card is also have to scan for another door before enter the room and keep us more secure. The stuff is keep smiling and the room is very clean. Wifi also very fast, highly recommend!

Review 26：All is well except thieves stole from the car boot. Car was parked at allocated hotel parking lot. Turns out the car boot wasn't closed properly. Security camera reviewed actually recorded the thief standing in the parking lot area for a long time looking out for cars and calling the accomplice to come in a car to transfer my things from the boot to his car. Perhaps security can be beefed up to check on loitering persons at hotel carpark. Apparently this aspect is lacking though security camera ate installed around the area of the parking lots.

Review 30：Hotel room should be segregated for smoking and non-smoking. I have specially requested for non-smoking room via Booking.com. However, the moment I opened the door of the room, I could strongly smelled the stench of the cigarette smoke. I immediately requested the hotel staff to change it to a non-smoking room. The staff obliged upon my request.

I've stayed here numerous times and have always enjoyed my stay. It's a no-frills place but Airton is cold and the WiFi not only works, it is also stable and fast.

Review 51：The hotel is surprisingly very comfortable and cozy. It is a new hotel hence everything was still new and although it is located at a shop house building, the hotel was very clean. Their security system was great too as you will need access card to enter you wing. The staffs were friendly too. It is located just 5 mins away from One Utama which is great!

Review 52：Not really very easy to find as the ENTRANCE are relatively small, but with GPS shouldn't be a big problem. No breakfast provided (not a problem for my family,haha).

Review 53：A small,clean,comfortable hotel. With all the basic stuff we need,and everthing looks new. The room are clean and no "smoking smell". Parking lot are reserved, very convenient to reach lift. All entrance are using access card, we feel safe to stay. It locate very near to One Utama Shopping Mall (5mins only), which is great for families to spend their leisure time. Will consider to stay again in future.

Review 58：Excellent location, One Utama (~15 minutes) and The Curve/Ikea (~30 minutes) are well within walking distance. Convenient stores like 7-11 & Guardian are available in the same shop-lot. Polite and helpful staff. Good facilities as well, filtered drinking water is available at the entrance to my floor. There's also laundry service as well as ironing board. Real helpful especially for backpackers. Fast internet, no problem for doing some work in the hotel.

Review 59：The 'freshener' used to clean the room or the corridors. The smell is awful. When your staff is doing room keeping (beside my room), I can smell something like "painting" inside my room. Please replace the freshener with public preferred smell.

Review 81：After cancelling Sun Inns hotel, we moved back to One Avenue (stayed here before!) as the cleanliness is incomparable! staff very good and helpful (forgot clothing item in my room after check-in and once called them next day, they told me they kept my item at reception so my friend can collect it! wow), good location (u still need car or taxi to get around anyway). u get complimentary tea/coffe/water, room has safe, fridge, shower gel. wifi is good, 7/11 just downstairs! will defo come back once coming back to KL :)

Review 82：The hotel just above the shop houses and I find there is a restaurant which they cooked variety of Asian homecook food free of msg and surprisingly at a reasonable price.

Review 85：This is my 2nd stay here. I think they have renovated some of the rooms and we were lucky to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms. Hotel in overall - Did not put high expectation but it gave us a surprise. Everything looks so clean and new. Wifi is fast. Security is good as there are security cameras at every corner (though it doesn't look so from the exterior view). There is a filtered drinking water for free refill too. Staffs are friendly and greet us with a smile even when its already late night(Late check in). Room - We stayed in deluxe family room. Towels, pillows, free mineral waters, electric sockets all come in 4 sets. Cloth hangers and hairdryers are provided. There is a full body mirror(girl's favourite) and a small fridge too. Most importantly it's within our budget and everything is worth the money we paid for. In short, its highly recommended for budget travellers like us. I would definitely be back again for the next stay. Thank you. =D
