Review 1：The "free" parking cost us 72 euros when our car was towed away! Between our Italian and her English and "translator" we struggled through various topics but it took a lot of time. We had to switch to the room we actually booked after the first night. A better map of the area would be helpful (we got one on the last day, elsewhere).
Review 2：Manuela was very sweet and tried in every way to be accommodating. It is a very good location in a lovely medieval town with nice restaurants easy to wander the gorgeous Val d'Orcia.
