Set in its spacious pretty garden, I Lecci B&B is set just 0.9 miles from the coast and its beaches. Offering free Wi-Fi throughout, it features a restaurant, a terrace, and hot tub. All rooms are air conditioned.

Review 1：Proximity to seaside and civilization and public transportation was lacking. My main suggestion is to be sure you have a car to drive.

Review 2：Room was nice, good wifi and good traditional Continental breakfast.

Review 3：- Pretty difficult to reach without a car (but it's no problem as they can pick you up). - There are mosquitoes in this area (but a good protection is provided - such as mosquito screens). - What I would add to the rooms is electric kettles. Apart from that there's everything you might need! As you see the cons are all relative and mostly solvable, which makes it a great hotel!

Review 4：This is an ideal hotel for a calm and cosy holiday! San Felice Circeo is pretty a small town and you won't find many entertainments but the sea and the beach are very good. - The staff are extremely helpful with everything you need and ask for, including the transfers to/from the bus/train station. - We absolutely adored the cuisine: both the delicious self-made croissants and sweet home bakery in the morning and the exquisite national cuisine dinners in the evening. Don't hesitate and take the dinners also - in case you have just B&B, as I'm not sure you'll find anything so great in the city especially for the equal price. - Bicycles can be used for free and this is extremely pleasant to get around so quickly and comfortably (not to mention the healthy fitness effect). - Great price for the service provided. Ideal for a tight-budget but still relaxing holday. - Some rooms have a furnished patio outside(with a small sofa, a table and two chairs) and we absolutely loved this private cosy corner in the open air, where we were unseen by other guests. Review 5：It was far away from pretty much everything if you don't have a car. You can choose to bike but the country road the B&B is on is quite narrow and cars run dangerously fast. We chose to walk everywhere, then but that means it takes a few km's walk to go to the beach, have an ice cream or a pizza and even more km's to get to the old town or to the lighthouse and marine caves. San Felice: we were a bit disappointed by the fact that almost all the beaches and a great part of the natural park is occupied by private properties, which makes everything difficult to enjoy and rather inaccessible. It would be a very nice place if it had: more public services, more public seafront, better access to the natural park.

The agreement between the B&B and the beach "Il Delfino" is handy and quite cheap. Davide, the young man who keeps the structure is kind and ready to give you a lift if you need it.

Review 9：Davide is a very helpful and efficient manager. The grounds have a lemon orchard and a lovely variety of trees including an Aussie bottlebrush. Surrounded by farms and only a short drive to San Felice Circeo.

Review 10：the dogs were not leashed and although they are friendly still one of them is very big and when returning in the evening it makes one a bit scared...
