Review 1：Could do with a coat of paint and some cosmetic work in general. Front door screen was off sitting to the side. No air conditioners in the bedrooms. One bedroom did not have a screen door or screened window as the room only had a fan these were needed at this time of year. Only air conditioner was in the main area and it didn't work well at all. couldn't adjust temp at all as remote is broken. Difficult for friends to access apartment to visit as extremely high security doors.
Review 2：All staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to grounds people to room cleaners. BBQ was extremely clean and ready to use. Close location to hub of Bargara with easy walk to restaurants. Nice large dining/lounge area and nice size balcony with 6 seater table.
Review 3：The bad smell in room when we entered , it was that strong of cleaning product we were choking on it. There was no vistors booklet in room telling me about the place. Fire alarm going off twice wasn't good. I found there were no plactic cups for young children.

Review 5：A few maintenance issues eg. Glass sliding door was very difficult to slide, broken lamp in second bedroom and full flush on ensuite toilet not working. TV reception not great. For what we paid would expect ocean views but understand peak times is more expensive.

Review 7：Advertised oceon view not entirely true as only either end of balcony beds are really reallly old and need updating very hard and hot with foam underlay and someone needs to bleach the filthy bathrooms

Review 9：Key collection and return was a little confusing, I didn't get the SMS to my phone until after I had arrived , not their fault my provider. Perhaps an email or instructions with confirmation would have been a better option.
Review 10：The apartment was great, walking distant to shops and beach.
Review 11：We had problems with ants in one bedroom but found some ant spray under the sink which fixed that. The shower door in the ensuite needed repairing and the there was no "suck" in both bathroom vents probably as they were blocked with dust but I advised the staff on checkout and hopefully these matters will be rectified.
Review 12：Spacious, well appointed apartment. I booked a 2 bedroom but ended up with a 3 bedroom. Great location and very comfortable.

Review 21：Disgustingly dirty, no blanket on the bed, situated on ground floor right next to exhaust fan from basement. Facilities out of order and no access to the gym or sauna. the only reason for staying here. Had a look through the window of the gym and even if it was useable I wouldn't venture in there. Hair in the bed, rude staff stating 'you get what you pay for!'. do yourself a favour and run away!

Review 23：The fridge was very noisy and some of the shelving was broken. However, with the bedroom door closed you couldn't hear it

Review 25：Housekeeping is to a very poor standard. The kitchen was well equipped but dishes and cups hadn't been washed. Just placed down the stack further so the cleaners wouldn't notice. Not the fault of the staff, but we didn't appreciate finding dirty dishes, cups and glasses. The bathroom has floor to ceiling tiles but they have only ever been cleaned up to four feet off the floor, (perhaps the housekeeping staff are only 3 ' tall). The bathroom had hair from previous guests still on the floor. The balcony hadn't been cleaned for quite some time. Perhaps the owner of the unit needs to schedule a spring clean twice a year, if their not prepared to spend any more on housekeeping.

Review 28：Absolutely beautiful place to visit and the facilities were a little aged but comfortable and clean. It was exactly what we were looking for, for our boys weekend of golf. Walk to the course, shops, beach etc.
Review 29：Apartment was dated. Carpet was ripped at the edges, main bedroom was smelly and there was mould in the bathroom. Floors weren't all that clean and cutlery and glass wear needed wiping before use. Fly screen doors weren't even on their tracks.

Place needed TLC,updating & fixing in some areas eg smashed tiles on veranda, old split system opened up with paper, no writing on oven to know what settings its on, fans need replacing as only 2 settings fast or near off. Would imaging it would be rather hot in the hotter months with only one air con to cool the whole place down & only fans in bedrooms. Screen doors really hard to open & shut.

I really like thesize of the apartment it's so spacious and all the facility it has, suchas the jecuzi in the room. The apartment was very clean and comfortable,definitely would come back, next time we visit Bundeberg.
