Review 1：TV channels nearly only german. Parties in other rooms can be clearly heard, children, lovemaking, etc.

Review 2：Location is good, away from main trafic flow. Rooms are comfortable and interesting.

Review 3：Quite a distance if you wanted to walk into the center of town where there really wasn't much choice in restaurants. There is a good mall with several eating choices but it is on the other side of town.

Review 4：Staff was very helpful and pleasant. There was a portable heater in the room which was much appreciated. Room was nicely decorated and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. A great place to stay!

Review 5：It isn't made clear until you arrive that the sauna and spa cost extra, and at a charge of 70 euro for two hours it is significantly so! They had bikes to hire but couldn't find the key for a lock so we had to walk elsewhere (about 10 minutes) to hire some whcih was a bit of a pain.

Review 6：Rooms nicely decorated (each has a theme), also some good communal spaces. Great bathroom.

Review 8：The bed and room was very comfortable. The villa is very pleasant overall. Walking distance from city center/train station and activities like Tarzan or hike to see the castles around.

Review 9：The card machine didn't work so had to pay by cash. Of the 2 windows in the 'Santa Fe' room, only one had blinds and the one with a blind was very thin (wicker material) so let the light in - sunrise was 5am.

Review 10：The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was a decent size. The free wifi was reliable and fast. Vast choice of various language TV channels, nice quiet location, free parking, helpful staff. This is for information and isn't negative or positive: it's about a 10 minute walk to the shops/cafe but a very pleasant one.

Review 12：It is really a great rooms. The bed and furnature are really amazing. It is better than 5 star hotel. The location is perfect and in quit area. Breakfast is very rich and they provide you with anything you want. We felt like if we are in our home. Special thanks for Dina for her support,kindness and help that make our visit very intresting. Review 15：Persons in hotel are marvellous, they are very helpful and kind. We got special guiding to the scenes of the town. Rooms and atmosphere in hotel are aswell nice. It was great to be there!

Review 19：We choose the place because of the hot tub and sauna, but it was not turned on, and we were not allowed to use it unless we paid a ridiculous high fee. The woman in the reception was very unfriendly.

Review 21：At first we were placed in a room on a top floor, it was very warm (outside temperature was more than 30 degrees), the windows opened only few centimeters and there was no air-conditioning so the first night we didn't sleep. Breakfast was simple and good but not worth the price.

Review 22：After a request for another room, we got a room with balcony and window (which opened), it also had closet to put things into.

Review 23：In booking confirmation it was said that kitchen utensils are in room but there were non, even kettle. No table. No bath mat.

Friendly and very helpfull alsoin some non-standart situations ;)The rooms are amazing. Every single room has his own design and are very comfortable. Whirlpool, billiard, free WiFi, nice lobby with Bar and a fireplace gives this place a "home-feeling". I recommend this Hotel to everyone- not only for young people, Coupples, or familys but also for groups who just want to celebrate something or spend some nice time in Sigulda! :) Thank you one more time and see you next year, fellas! :)

Review 59：+ really nice and clean rooms in a beautiful building + great breakfast + totally friendly staff + not far from centre and places of interest (5-10 min.walk) + I arrived by bus and found it immediately (15 min. walk from the bus/train-station) There was a change of the owner, bit confusing about prepayment, but no big discussions - had experienced much worse on other places. - Professional handling, a plus for me!

Review 60：- We booked a room with a terrace/ balcony, but we got a standard one (since others where already taken - promblems with booking then); - There is a common terrace outside and we could hear the conversation of other two guests loud and clear, to the detail lasting until way past midnight... - Sound isolation is very poor, so you can perfectly hear everyone in the corridor; - The bed was very squeaky. - Oh, and we do not reccommend the breakfast offered since the sellection (and presume the quality) is rather poor if compared to what you can get elsewhere (e.g. we enjoyed Mr. Biskwits (I might be misspelling) near the train station very much!).
