Review 1：The wifi is bad, even after informing the staff, they don't respond. The TV reception is bad as well. The bathroom doesn't feel clean, looks dirty.

Review 7：Rats running around the rafters. Very loud at night. Only for awhile so, whatever. The room i booked couldn't be accessed due to faulty locking system. But the hotel reception upgraded us so that was good. There seems to be quite a few problems with rooms on the third floor. Ex. Air-con not functioning, room door can't be opened. Other guests can be heard walking about and talking outside.
Review 8：We liked the bed. It was very comfortable. Air conditioner was good. Loved the sky shower. Clean bathroom. Wifi speed good. Location was fantastic. That was the main reason for choosing this hotel. Eateries everywhere. Transportation no problem at all.

Review 11：Noise from nearby rooms and cleaners. Room smelled worse after cleaners mopped it and had to open windows. No lift, tiring when room is on fourth floor. Tough to hire taxi from hotel even after calling radio taxi.

Review 29：The smoky cigarette smell in the room. Wall is not very thick, so you can hear other guests walking and talking outside. So if you came across guests with children, be prepared!
Review 30：The shower is good. Air-cond is cool (plus point). And most importantly, comfortable bed (with no encounter with bed bugs, so far). The hotel is good for solo or couple travellers.
