Review 1：The receptionist made a mistake and over charged us upon check out, and took very long to fix it, all the while delaying us, and not even apologising.

Review 2：There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was at least as good as I would expect.

Review 3：Rooms are quite normal, wellness is excellent, restaurants are excellent. Breakfast is okay

Review 4：Only one sauna was open in the evening and that could have been a bit hotter and none working in the morning.

Review 5：The staff very friendly and efficient. We hired one bike and were able to lock up our other bike securely overnight. The area is fantastic for cycling.The breakfast was superb, pool and jacuzzi were open. We were there for the second time. Thank you to the staff.

Review 12：The room is very basic for a 4-star hotel. The tv is very old with a sticky remote, blurry screen. Breakfast was not what we expected, tinned fruits, rubbery eggs and tasteless bacon.

Review 18：The beds are really too soft and old, they should be replaced. Fitted carpet isn't ok. You can hear your neighbours. Only tea in the room, the so called coffee corners in the hotel were not working. Free wifi didn't work.

Review 21：Apart from all facilities provided by the hotel, which was really nice, the staff is very friendly. The hotel gave all kids a very nice chocolate rabbit in the last day of eastern. We should also mention the breakfast which is probably one of the best I already had. Actually, we could not even say breakfast, we would say that this was a Brunch. Definitely worth to try.

So we gotup just before the end of breakfast, had breakfast, took a showerafterwards and packed our stuff. We were 1,5 hour later and nothing wascharged... Good! So we put our bags in the car and stayed for another 3hours on the terrace and had some drinks... Good deal!

Review 54：The carpet in room 64 needs to be desperately replaced. There are huge stains everywhere. The carpets in room 66 are also not very good. In the bar we had to hunt down someone to serve us and when I waited at the bar to find someone 3 employees ignored me completely until I finally called their attention to me. For the price of the drinks I certainly expect better service especially when it was not busy at all.

Review 56：Paying for lousy working internet! It kicks you out every 5 minutes and I had to pay Euro 8 per day for it. Normal Hotels offer it for free. Rude and unprofessional staff at the reception. You need to start learning how to talk to guests if you want to see them again. Outdates decor and in need of a make over, for the price charged.

Review 58：The stuff was very unfriendly. We came to the hotel in the evening and wanted to rent bicycles for few hours to enjoy surrounding. It took about an hour. A girl on reception didn't want to help us. Her face and tone looked like we disturbed her. First of all she gave us bicycles which were very high. We asked her to give us lower ones. New bicycles were high too, but we decided to take them because it was getting dark outside. The breakfast experience was bad too. There was only one waitress. She worked at restaurant, terrace and breakfast area. Surely, she was overwhelmed and we waited our coffee for 30 min!

Review 59：Great hotel is located in the middle of the park. Beautiful nature and fresh air. The hotel has a small lake and you can enjoy it by sitting on the terrace.

Review 83：Staff at front desk needs to be replaced. One lady at reception feels that every request is a huge chore! I asked her simply to give me the names of massage places in the nearby town (a simple lookup and print request that any other hotel can easily do). She called my room an hour later, stating that her in -house masssage person was free that night. This is after I explained that I tried him and would not use him again. Even tasks such as issuing a new key card since I left mine in the room, received rolling eyeballs and grunts! Service wise I think 1 star is too generous. PS: I spend 330 days a year in hotel rooms.

However the hotel has a policy of no complementary upgrades even when all of their better rooms are available and its late enough that there is no possibility to sell those rooms. I find these types of plicies ridiculous in terms of customer satisfaction. PS: I have 6 days eft on my business trip and I loved the hotel's facilities. But based on their inability to satisfy a customer in terms of *anything*, I have moved out and they have lost 6 nights from me as well as any future business. I have moved into another same stars hotel in the vicinity that gave me a 3 class upgrade for free;Excellent.

Review 93：The hotel looks like an old sanatorium and the "look and feel" could bemodernised. The restaurant offers a great variety of food, but thepersonnel is arrogant. We wanted to eat something from the small menu(at 21 hrs) and we were directed to a table without table cloth andglasses. When we finally set at a covered table, like all other guests,we received breakfast size cutlery to eat our rib eye (which was on thesmall menu!). Other guests who ordered the same rib eye but from thenormal size menu received steak knives. The comment was that we chooseto eat something from the small menu... Very disappointing that guestswho don't want to eat a full set menu are not valued properly.

Review 94：The hotel has spacious, comfortable rooms (we were a family of 3) andnice spa facilies + gym. There are 4 saunas, a whirlpool and a swimmingpool. The restaurant offers really good quality food, but the atmosphereis a bit dull, mainly because of attitude of the personnel.

We arrived and all bars andlounges were hired for a conference leaving us no where else to relaxother than in our room, the reception lounge or somewhere else. Thequality of the breakfast was poor. Also curious why breakfast was servedin a room with blind windows whilst the hotel has got a nice restaurantand terrace overlooking the property. This is a beautiful part ofHolland but there a better hotels to choose from if you want to stay inthis area.
