Review 1：Air con was not cold. Had to use fan as well. Shower's pressure was too low. Soap dispenser in bathroom did not function.

Review 3：They need to assign more customer friendly front desk staff. Staff withbad phone ethics really brought down my perception on this hotel. Icalled them to check and confirm my booking made via online. Withoutgreeting me or answer my queries what I get from the female staff was anannoying and rude reply of 'Can you call me back in 5 minutes, imbusy now'.
Review 4：Cleanliness of the hallway can be improve in terms of cleanliness. Room is small. Barely can fit in my XL luggage. Toilet is ok. Aircond leaking by morning when switched on from midnight. Poor you if you sleep underneath the aircond. The bed is not attached. So it is movable. It moves by itself when u sit on it. That is not acceptable.

Review 7：The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. There's a small night market just outside the hotel, as well as plenty of local Chinese and Malay places to eat within a minutes walk.
Review 8：- too bad it doesnt provide free parking for customer which makes it easy for you to get a saman ticket if you woke up late the next day and was too late to get a parking coupon before the traffic police appears. - the sound proof of each room was not very good as you can be waken up by someone when he or she turn on the tv next door or walk or talk in the corridor.

Review 43：you wouldn't want to be here unless you were on a budget just to spend a night on inter-state travel. I had the budget to stay at a better hotel but i just needed a place to sleep for 8 hours only.

We had asked the staff to fix this problem but they just kept ignoring us. Besides, it's hard to get taxi early in the morning to the nearby universities. Hope that Sun Inns hotel will solves this issues ASAP. Thank you.

Review 47：The room is run down, hanging small TV sets with bad reception (Did not know they still have those), No adaptor plug available, so I purchased one. No hotel transportation or taxi available. No minibar/fridge available. Public Taxis don't want to send to nearby locations but fighting for a spot if the destination is Kuala Lumpur or the airport.
Review 48：The location topped the list of likes. Near 24-hour eateries, a 24-hour McDonalds, 24-hour supermarket and near Sunway Pyramid (10 minute walk). Free Hot and Cold Water Station in the corridor.
Review 49：A lots of things; -no internet in the room you have to go to the reception no connection in the room . -we stay 2 night 5 o'clock in afternoon the room wasn't done. -two very very very old medium towers only.(no face's towers) -we booked de luxe room you can't breath very very od blanket you can't use it (dirty). very nosy(acclimatisation 'engine) no breakfast. I won t recommend it to anyone . very bad experience lucky us we stayed only 2 nights. even the hotel hasn't got any maps for the area.

Review 57：There s this weird mirror in the room which makes people look uglier . The scary lift that we used and scared us off for the very first time we stepped into the hotel so we used the stairs for the whole trip to 3rd floor .Some unknown fella texted me "hye" and called me again and again when i wanted to answer but he hanged up , he s definitely pranking and so i decided to search it at wechat and so i found it was the staff working at there .It s really weird that how can a staff doing all these to their customers and it s kinda annoying anyway . so PLEASE DO IMPROVE especially on this staff !
