Review 1：no WIFI in the room (only in public spaces). The quality of the Breakfast is rather poor, but the staff who serves the breakfast is very nice!.

Review 4：Location is stunning, with a large sea facing terrace for meals. Easy access to the sea: own beach area as well as more private rock platform. Good breakfast. Adequate parking for size of B&B.

Review 5：The check-out is too early - at 11:00 AM we were almost ready to leave and a woman came to our room to hurry us up...It's not kind at all. And if you consider that the check-in time is 15:00... Suggestion: a glass box in the bathroom would be welcome.

Review 8：The room was really cleaned and had been reformed recently. The location is perfect, really close to the beach. The staff very nice and helpful. The breakfast excellent, with a view to the sea.

Review 9：If you want to eat lunch, you have to choose your meal during the breakfast and in the menu were only salads and apetizers, so we unfortunately didnt eat on their beautiful terrace cause we prefer some grilled seafood or pasta

Review 10：I was so surprised with Villa Penelope, i didnt expect that much beautiful area.. You can choose between two private beaches, one is from stone, where nobody else than you go.. The second one is with sand and is just amazing.. I also appreciate a stuff going around and offering drinks & snacks.. At night we slept like babies, its so quiet and you can hear just the sea and enjoy a view to the moon reflecting its light to the water... We will come back for sure, arrivederci!

Review 12：It's a small quite little Hotel, just in front of the sea where you can have free sun-beds. We had an upgrade so a larger room with comfortable beds for my doughter, my wife and myself. Very clean, everything seemed brand new. Breakfast outside in a front-sea terrace. Few staff but available and kind. Free car park.

Review 13：No real biggies here, just a few observations and suggestions for improvements (and better value for money)... Quality of the room could be improved with some new furniture, flooring and bathroom and even some style (I wish the owners to be able to make this kind of investment without raising the prices). Some areas at the property are in contrast with the well-kept garden and the nice view to the sea (I hope the owners know what I'm referring to and can work on the solutions). Unfortunately the sun sets just behind Monte Circeo, so you cannot enjoy that kind of view :) (This is obviously an attempted joke, maybe mixed with some disappointment, but not real criticism).

Review 14：All in all a fairly good value for money (however, see suggestions for improvements) and definitely recommended for all ages. Undoubtedly great location right on the beach and close to the historic center, with a nice view from the open breakfast terrace. Spacious and clean room, nice little garden. Very helpful staff and convenient simple little services that make a real difference (like the free bicycle rental or the private beach with sunbeds). Proper breakfast (real bread, ham, salami, cheese and even scrambled eggs apart from the usual sweet pastries) which is not very common in Italy... and all that with a view :)
