Review 1：This is the second time we have chosen Granducato Hotel, and this time we brought our family members together with us. Everything was as good as before, with warm welcome from the owner, who also recommended us a nice restaurant nearby.

Review 10：We stayed here for 5 nights and could not fault this hotel at all. The staff were very friendly and service was first class. The hotel has free parking bays in an underground parking area, the entrance to which is nearby. Use google maps or similar to identify it. The rooms are spacious with air conditioning and ours even had a balcony which got the sun in the morning. The beds are large but a bit on the firm side. The breakfast was really good with a decent continental choice, not huge but sufficient to allow a variation over 5 days. There is wifi in reception and once signed in we could access it in our first floor room. The hotel is a short walk from the railway station where you can get a train to Central Florence / Firenze. We used this twice and it was really easy. It is an ideal location for touring Tuscany, which we did. Montelupo itself is quite quiet in the evenings.

Review 38：Great service, lovely room and kind staff. Breakfast was delicious! 3 minutes walk from the town centre and near many osterie (I recommend the Osteria di Fuori, 2 minutes walk from there!). I surely recommend this hotel!

Review 39：The AC wasn't powerful enough to really cool the room down. Finding an open restaurant proved difficult (though we might have been early for Italians). The woman at the front desk neither spoke English nor German, but the owner(?) later did both.

Review 40：The room was large, modern and clean. It's close enough (about 25km) to Florence for a day trip there. Parking is available for free. Breakfast was good.

Review 41：Climate control wasn't fabulous and breakfast could be improved upon. Both were acceptable...just feedback.

It was good to see the kids playing in the piazza and everyday Italians going about their lives. The train between Firenze and Sienna wasn't the greatest, but getting into Firenze wasn't usually an issue.
