Review 1：Nothing really. On one morning, the water stopped flowing , but they fixed it in 15 minutes.

Review 2：The hotel is very children-friendly. They have several family rooms, there is a large child corner at the reception, and there is also an adventure park nearby.

Review 3：The staff were very helpful in providing us the best room to meet our needs. They also helped tremendously with getting breakfast to us since I have a hard time with a lot of stairs. It is a nice area and they have a lot of active/adventure things to do for all ages if you are looking for that.

Review 9：Very beautiful hotel, lovely apartment for 4 people. Convenient booking, but it was a bit restricting, that check-in is possible only until 20. Small breakfast, but good and tasty. Location a bit off from Sigulda center, but that was rather a positive side - felt very nice and quiet. We were on a car-trip and wanted a nice clean hotel with Wifi, breakfast and parking, at that was all top class! For those who want to go climbing in an adventure park would it be the perfect place to stay!

Review 18：The reception shut early the night we got there and nobody was able to be contacted when we were looking for a couple of things for the room A bit far from centre of town, especially if wanting to leave the car behind

Review 21：The only little thing that bothered me a bit is that I didn't realize how far Kakitis is from the train station. We walked with our suitcases for about 40 mins until we finally got there. Without any luggage this walk is pure pleasure & takes much shorter of course. So my advice: take a taxi from the station & then just enjoy:)

Review 22：We liked everything:) It's a pity we only stayed in Kakitis for 1 night, I wish we'd had more time there. The staff were helpful, the room was nice & clean, the breakfast was wonderful too (and they asked us what time we wanted to have breakfast, we could choose any time between 8 & 11am). The air outside the hotel is fantastically fresh, you just feel like you can't get enough of it:)

Review 23：Honestly, nothing about it was enjoyable for me. it smelled like a chemical plant. no entry way, it's a ski and bike rental shop in the lobby. terrible service. Funky and ugly location.

Review 28：Staff is amazing. Place by itself is gorgeous conditions and if you come for sport activities, this is the place u go. When i was there in the same day there was a wedding, and we didnt hear any noises at night and slept well. Next to hotel there is amazing restaurant. Food is exellent.

Review 30：It is a basic hotel, nothing fancy. The family room was a good-sizedroom. The staff were very friendly, breakfast (served at the table) wassimple but decent. "Coffee with milk" turned out to be an excellentcappuccino which was a very nice way to start the day. Overall, wewould recommend this hotel for a stay in Sigulda, especially for thosewith kids who are keen on going to the adventure park(s). One park isright next to the hotel, but we opted for Tarzan park which is a shortdrive away.
