Review 1：- we stayed at the hotel twice on our way to/from Estonia - well-located near Via Baltica - very friendly, supportive and flexible staff - well-furnished rooms

Review 2：We had booked two rooms but there was only one available when we arrived. But we managed and these things can sometimes happen :)

Review 3：Lovely location in the countryside, very friendly staff and excellent beautiful surroundings to walk the dogs. The breakfast was superb!

Review 4：Bathroom needs attention, because you can see, some items are broken and TV remote didn't work. After our conversation I figured out, they know that. So please fix that.

Review 17：It is a standard facility with friendly albeit limited in anything else except Lithuanian and Russian staff. Location is spacious rooms well furbished but lacks active forms of engagement such as gym, swimming pool and etc. and offers primarily spaces for conferences.

Review 18：The Hotel was in darkness and deserted when we arrived - we were the only 2 people staying there. After new checked in, the place was in darkness again, no staff at all. the restaurant was closed, but a supermarket next door.

Review 22：Maybe I saw too many episodes of "Hotel Impossible" TV Shows with Anthony Melchiorri on Travel Channel, but is simmilar our experience.First of all : we spent 3 hours to find the hotel because it is not situated at the adress given on booking.com, more exactly that address is not existent in Panevėžys. I had with us 2 navigation systems, one in car and one mobile. Both did not have the adress, just because it is not such street in Panevezys. This hotel is about 4 Kilometer from the margin of the city, in a forest. First impression : nice placement of the hotel. But as we approached can be seen that is not well mantained : tiles from stairs missing, inside is a small reception. At the desk was a guy, pretty not adequate dressed to stay at reception desk, did not know english, called somebody to translate. We went with dogs to WDS Helsinki, so if they have written that they accept dogs, we asked in advance by booking.com message after reservation ,reservation which could have been cancelled, the charge /pet/ night, but they did not answer in 2 days. So at arrival was interesting to hear that charge /teckel/night ( kept in show cage in the room) was 15 euro/dog/night, so for the 4 teckels had to pay more for the room as for us. Buta after hundreds of kilometers driven and 3 hours spent to find the hotel , we remained, even if this non answering costed us 60 Euro and was not fair because we couldn't cancel at arrival the room without paying it.Ok, we tokk the room, but surprise, the lobby was like a warehouse :full with unused folded tables. Inside the room : no air conditioning even it were 33 degrees outside, just a small table fan . Outside moskitos so leting open the window during the night was not quite the optimum solution. Toilett : the smell of the sewage tube was quite well detectable .Restaurant : asked a bottle of white wine. Surprise: it was delivered warm.
