Review 1：Very thin walls (even speaking in adjacent room was heard), fungus in bath tube, very small bathroom

Review 3：Closest restaurant for dinner was McDonald's...22 min walk away. The hotel's food was good, but there wasn't much of it.

Review 6：A very friendly staff. Location was very good for us because we spent only one night on our way to Krakow. Thuss I don't know how far it is from the centre of the city. Quiet during the night.

I am 176cm and skinny and could not sit in the toilet properly as my knees were touching the door. 2) Not comfortable beds Noisy beds and could even hear neighbours bed sounds. 3) nothing in the room No kettle, no tea, sugar, cups.. bin just one in the bathroom 4) one staff even sweared at me thinking I don't speak Polish (Saturday at 10am) when i asked for two soup bowls and two spoons. 5) Expensive hotel..Could book a three star in Mauritius with that money. I do not reccomend. Rooms not sound proof...

Review 9：I've reviewed the Gambit well before, but this time found that the restaurant was not open in the evenings. That's a pity, as when on business I prefer to 'eat in' and have a couple of beers. The nearest alternative eatery is more of a drive than a walk (for me), so I had to reduce my beer intake this time. Otherwise everything remains fine.

Review 10：I've stayed here several times. It's out of the town centre, which is fine if you're travelling by car, but it's on a hill so not so good on foot!

Review 11：Located on top of a hill, be aware of it if you plan to go there on foot. Work is currently (July 2014) in progress on the 4th floor which means it can be noisy during the day. No big deal ...unless you plan to sleep there only during the day.

Review 23：I like to try different places, but as a business traveller it's difficult to beat Gambit. Everything you need is there.

Review 24：Hard to find - out of town center. The check out procedure took me, resp. them almost half an hour and they withdraw the amount in different currency that they were supposed too and that I wanted, so expensive double conversion was the result. They should invest into new, more appelling bedding.

Review 26：The hotel is in a residential area on the edge of town, which may be a problem if you arrive by train or bus. It was fine for me, though.

Review 27：I have stayed here before, and Gambit offers good value. Since my previous stay the tv has become flat-screen, although it still only shows Polish and some Czech channels - no CNN, for example.

Review 28：rather cramped bathroom (Room 323), but fine for people who are not too fat! I could not connect to my office ftp site via the wireless connection. I have had this in some other Polish hotels, and it must be a characteristic of the system provider. Ordinary internet was fine, but it means that I may not book here again if I am on business.

Review 29：out of town centre, on hill in residential area - you would need to have a car! Very nice room, quiet and well-furnished. Good breakfast, and good dinner menu and bar. Nice staff. Very good value.

Review 30：Tiny bathroom in room 323! Linen and towels are very 'tired' and need replacing. The walls are very thin between rooms! Corridors are 'hospital like'.
