Review 4：Hotel situated near to railway station betwen Piza (45 min) and Florence (30 min.). Owner does not speak english but does his best to help you.

Review 5：The address is give as in Montelupo Fiorentino which my sat nav could not find. This is because it is really in Capraia Fiornetino. The carpark for this hotel is a real challenge. Up a short, practically vertical drive then a lot of maneuvering to park the car.

Review 6：Small, friendly hotel. The railway station is a 5 minute walk away where you can get a train and be in Florence or Sienna within 30 minutes. There are a couple of good restaurants in Montelupo Fiorintino: the Osteria Livornese is an excellent fish restaurant and Bar Pizzeria Seta is excellent for a pizza and exceptionally friendly service.

Review 7：Some small things: it was loud from time to time (walking in high heels in the room above ours, some street noise), breakfast average (good coffee though), only two working channels on the TV. If you come by car do yourself a favour and rent a small one or parking is going to be tricky.

Review 8：Late check-in (we arrived around 23h) was no problem.The hotel staff (actually I think the owners) were very friendly and helpful, and although English was on short supply it just added some italian charm to our stay. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Minibar with resonable prices.

Review 10：What a great family that runs this place! They are friendly, ever so helpful, funny, and the grandson was there, who I told them that he will be the next new manager! Rooms were nice, sheets and towels were great.

Review 11：The hotel is well located near the Train Station. The personnel of thehotel was very helpful to find information on how to travel to SanGimignano. Great stay in Montelupo.
