Review 1：The bar food, which is the only kind of evening dinner in the hotel, is not great but expensive.

Review 2：Conveniently located near the airport and free shuttle service. Well connected by bus into the city centre (20-30 min bus ride). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I left the hotel at 7AM so i could not tell a lot about the hotel, except that the staff was kind and the room was clean.

Review 9：The interior is old and smells dusty. The A/C did not work, but instead a smell of cigarette smoke seemed to come through it even though it is a smoke free hotel.

Review 10：The reason for staying in this hotel was that it is within walking distance to Marriott Courtyard where I had a meeting. Staff is polite and informative. Room service fast and good. Parking in garage on premises.

I had transfered the money for the accommodation and the breakfast But when we arrived at the hotel nobody knew about it . The most surprised thing was the "shuttle service ". We were not provided shuttle service because we arrived at the Charleroi AirPort not the National AirPort . To Tell the truth, Before arriving I had got information about the shuttle service But had not mentioned These facts... So I had to pay a lot of € for shuttle service at the AirPort...

Review 32：This is a hotel which were designed and built in the early '80s and except of the fair maintenance and few electronic items (flat TV) there is nothing really changed. So my free advice to the hotel management is to refresh the room interiors and bathrooms, otherwise it cause a confusion in the guest why this hotel asks 140 EUR/night for a simple double room if the ambiance is the same like in my grandparents old apartment... Minor point but it happened with me several times: there is no meal package option for early leavers who are not able to have their breakfast in the offered hours.

I just did not want a confrontation after a journey with a busy working agenda. Disappointing.

Review 57：Gresham Belson hotel doesn't observe its advertised booking conditions, in particular - there is not indicated nowhere that guests must pay the deposit consisting of the total price of the stay plus 58 Euro for the minibar (!) which we never use. This deposit for the minibar was returned during check-out, however, we do not consider it a normal practice. ln any case, it must be adversited in the booking terms & conditions, but it's not adversised neither in the hotel website, neither in Booking.com.

Review 59：i doint like, if my money from credit card is booked. if your price is 150€ then pls charge 150 and not 200, as i need to wait until this amount is free again. If you travel a lot, it may be a problem, as money on your cards is just booked and you cannot use it.

Review 65：The lights in the rooms are way to dim. After it gets dark outside it is not possible to have proper light to read or hang out without tiring your eyes. I guess shuttle frequency varies with demand. When I was there, there was one each hour... Would have loved that half an hour extra sleep at 6 am.

I arrived in car, no place to park but as it was late in night and I depart early, I let it on the surrounding. Of course it's not a charming, centered hotel for visiting brussel but end of the lines, it was a positive experience.

Review 70：It's ten to fifteen minutes by taxi from the airport, which is a 30 Euro fare. They don't tell you before coming that the shuttle bus is only provided if you call them on arrival, even if you've already advised them you're coming, so if you have no European phone and can't call them on arrival you've just added 30 Euros to the effective price of your accommodation. The staff are friendly enough although it's clear that this is a transit hotel only and that's the way they treat you - 'come in, stay with us, pay us, go away.' The shuttle back to the airport the next day is okay but if you're looking for any level of comfort or good service this is not the hotel to stay at. I wouldn't stay again.

Review 78：I chose this hotel because it offers 'free Wi-Fi and free shutle from/to airport' as it stated on the booking.com website. In fact the shuttle service is possible in certain hours e.g. 6-10 am and then 7-10 pm. The WiFi is free, but limited to 250 Mb per session and 400Mb/day. So, it's good for checking emails, but poor if you'd like to watch film online. The shuttle schedule note appears on the booking confirmation, but only when you have completed the booking. I didn't even noticed it until my arrival. You'll be informed about the wi-fi limit only at your check-in.

Review 79：Greek restaurant accross the street was good. Also, supermarket is just arround the corner. Breakfast is pretty good. The hotel took me from and to the airport with their shuttle during off schedule hours, but only after I've called them and proved that the shuttle bus schedule wasn't posted on the web. :)
